酒店装修还不错。房间太小，服务态度一般，茶包用完不主动补充。

After staying at this hotel again after 13 months, I clearly felt that the service level of the front desk staff had improved greatly. This time I found out that the hotel has changed the brand of drinking water, shower gel and other supplies. I can feel the operating pressure of the hotel. Generally speaking, this hotel has just passed the grade among hotels of the same level.

The Hotel Indigos always offer something different in terms of design, and you will find that it helps you relax. This hotel delivered. I was there to relax before my early morning plane flight, and I got a great deal of rest there.

We only spent one night here at this hotel. We had used a free night, and due to Spire Elite status, still got upgraded to a club room. This hotel is also unable to open the club lounge, so they moved happy hour downstairs. (I think this must have been a Shanghai Covid thing because it was only in Shanghai, not in other cities I stayed in this summer.)
The hotel staff were incredibly polite, and when they were unable to communicate with us, very quickly found someone who could.
The room was amazing. I loved all of the decor and attention to detail. They also provided us with a rollaway bed free of charge.
The breakfast was so good. There was a mix of western and local Shanghai breakfast treats and a really nice coffee machine.
The hotel provides a free shuttle to Hongqiao Railway and Airport which needs to be booked ahead of time to ensure a seat.
There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
The swimming pool and changing rooms were clean and spacious. The view from the pool is really nice as well.

7/15日和17日入住酒店前臺人員都不微笑的，所以讓人覺得沒有安全感和歸屬感。對話不看客人（忙於電腦工作），

The room was good with some unique design and a relatively comfortable size.
The staff at the pool was really friendly and nice, kindly lent me the swimming equipment when I forgot to bring them, really good service there.
The front desk was a bit messy, with a long waiting line with about 8 groups of guests but only 1 staff upon check-in, and no other staff showed up until around 20 minutes later. And the deposit wasn't returned until I call them about a month later, which is not normal among Chinese hotels.
Due to its close distance to the train station, calling a cab may not be very easy, as it could take 10 to 20 minutes to wait for your cab.

整体非常不错，就是早上6点左右办理退房，前台居然没有操作？下午还有客服打电话来问我续不续住，比较难理解

總的來說滿意度非常高 期待再次入住 唯早餐的種類可以考慮再加強一點 烤面包機不太好使用.
