Weekend City break was going well until my my wife was taken ill and needed emergency hospital admission. The Hotel staff were fantastic and very supportive and helpful in so many ways - extending my stay with no hassle and helping out with practicalities such as taxis from the hospital back to the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely, fantastic location, great accommodation and as I already mentioned, wonderful staff

This hotel is in a fantastic location in the heart of Cardiff city centre. The style of the rooms is really modern yet reflects Wales perfectly.

I stay at the Cardiff Indigo frequently, it's become my second home. The staff as extremely friendly which makes me feel very welcome. The rooms are clean, very comfortable and a great night's sleep is guaranteed. The location of the hotel is ideal, not far from the main city centre. The restaurant is enjoyable whether this be for breakfast or dinner and again the staff are extremely attentive. Overall a great staying experience

I absolutely loved the quirky decor. The bathroom in particular was so nice. Everything was clean and well maintained. No noise form other guests. The bar/restaurant was impecibly designed and the food was fantastic

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome, the room looked great and was very clean, and the bed was so comfortable which made for a great nights sleep, I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone I know visiting cardiff.

Very nice staff, ok breakfast, rooms were noisy (external noise mainly in the room I was in as you can hear noise from a bar)

I’ve stayed at this hotel a number of times because the location and ambiance are perfect for my needs. Friendly and polite staff, great location and above all a good nights sleep.

We arrived on the Friday evening and was greeted at the reception as a diamond elite member and was given a free of charge courtesy room upgrade. The room was lovely and in a great location to everything we visited during our stay. The staff were really kind and helpful and the food was really nice also.

The quality of food was poor. The Staff at Reception and Bar were good. You could access the lift directly from outside without passing Reception. This did not feel very secure.
