This was my first time at a Hotel Indigo, and I honestly could not have been happier! Everything about the hotel and staff is awesome!

The hotel was very nice! Kim at reception was very helpful in suggesting places to see & eat. Room was huge!! Nice amenities. I'll definitely return!

Love the modern atmosphere when you walk right in. We felt very safe staying here during the pandemic. Great stay!

The hotel was in a perfect location for our needs. Easy in and easy out with plenty of parking and a great place to walk the dog. The staff is excellent and very helpful.

I've always enjoyed staying at this hotel. Close to restaurants, shops, and parks! All within walking distance. My only complaint is the bed. Both times I've stayed there the bed was extremely comfortable but any move you make is so noisy! You roll over and it sounds like the bed will break! Other than that I love the place. It's a bit pricey in comparison to other hotels in the area but it the convenience and "personality" is nice!

Bed was worn in the middle. Bathroom fan did not work. Needed my key card remade four times.
Definitely staying here again!

Travel for business frequently and always recommend hotels to friends and colleagues. This one is FIVE STARS and loved my visit.

My husband and I, along with some friends came to spend a weekend in Columbus for vacation. I am in a wheelchair, and the room we stayed in with perfect! The room was spaces and clean, everything was low and easy to reach, and the bathroom was perfect. Complete with a walk in shower and plenty of railing.

The girls swam every day an had a great time. The rooms were completely comfortable an clean. Plenty of towels an shampoo. The staff were very polite an helpful in finding us things to do in the town . They had maps of things we could do an restaurant’s around town. The beds were very comfortable an plenty of pillows. There was 4 of us an we had plenty of space.
