Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Für Kurzaufenthalt empfehlenswert Trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen (Abflugschneise) war es im Hotel und Zimmer sehr leise, der Schlaf wurde nicht gestört, zumal es nachts offenbar ein Nachtflugverbot gibt. Hotel und Zimmer sind ansprechend, das Personal zuvorkommend, das Frühstück hat ein vernünftiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Innerhalb von 5 min ist man an der MARTA-Station in Richtung Downtown. Innerhalb von 20 Minuten gelangt man in die Innenstadt, um zum Beispiel ins Aquarium zu gehen. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist ruhig. Die Empfehlung der Rezeption, abends in The Feed zu gehen, war goldrichtig. March 28, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Flight Cancellation Brought me to The Indigo College Park The Front desk staff was extremely pleasant and helpful on the phone prior to arrival and during my brief stay. the decor was modern and harmonious, which is important to me as a professional artist. The room was ample and comfortable. It was a safe haven amidst the chaos of travel issues. The two minuses would be that the bathroom door would not close and more significant negative was the food situation. The room service was not in progress at the time I stayed so I went to the bar. The server was slow and neglectful. She attended a costumer ahead of me after I had been waiting and continued to do so even after she noticed the mistake. I ordered the chicken quesadilla because it was a simple dish that most could not do wrong. I was wrong. It took 40 mins though there was only one other order in addition to mine and there was no guacamole as I had specifically requested and asked for extra. The server should have alerted me to any issues with my order, but instead expected me to accept it as is and then charged an exorbitant amount for a barely mediocre meal. This experience was so horrid that it marred the rest for me. I will give to this location for decor and 50% of the service and staff were top notch. March 16, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by International Airport - Slow pick up Nice hotel with friendly staff. The pick up at the International airport was poorly co-ordinated and the driver of the shuttle was not really happy to be there, and was hard on our luggage tearing the Samsonite name tags off my bag. Pleased to say the driver in the morning was very polite and did not seem bothered by the fact he had to drop us at the International Airport departure area. Be sure to read the purchase room with breakfast included conditions, as to receive the benefit you paid for, you must book at least seven days in advance. March 12, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel, Inexperienced Wait staff Breakfast wait staff was inexperienced and mis-charged us for our meal that should have been complimentary. This was fixed at check-out, but check-out staff blamed us for the waitstaff not recognizing the voucher. The Hotel is clean, well-designed, easy access to ATL airport and nice restaurants nearby.
