The Hotel Indigo was perfect for our family. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The view from our porch of the fairway was beautiful!

I'm in a wheelchair and contacted the hotel about needing a
}specific room. It was ok'd. Got there at 3:30 (check in is 3:00) room
}wasn't ready took 40 mins. Got to the room wrong room. Called desk and that
}was all they had. Told them that wouldn't work. Magically the room became
}available. My fiacee had to move everything twice. Was finally in the room
}at 5:00. We were late to our dinner ($550). The room was what we needed but
}because of everything else we will not stay there again. Just horrible!

Hotel is in a great spot for seclusion but also close to the business areas of the Miami area. Close proximity to restuarants and other activities along with excellent views of the golf course make this hotel a great location for business travel.

I stayed at Indigo NYC for far less money than this one here in Miami Lakes. So suffice it to say I was disolusioned at what Indigo is.
The Staff was on point.. treating customers excellent.
The hotel was like an older apartment complex. That's what It felt like an old apartment complex. The bar is not inviting.
I don't think that place should be an Indigo as it will give it a bad feel.
My 3rd indigo stay will tell me more about the company. But I will not stay there again for the rate I paid.

Nice neighborhood - a little shopping plaza and McDonalds close by. Was comfortable walking my dog in the area. The hotel is dog friendly. The staff was exceptionally accommodating. I asked for a small fridge to keep my pet's food in and they brought one right away - at check in I was a bit early but they accommodated me very quickly too. The service in the little dining/bar area - also extra accommodating. The food was pretty good - had breakfast and a dinner there. Overall was fairly convenient to Miami Conv Center and Bayside marina where I was going for a boat show. Took maybe about 20 min each way. Would recommend this location. Theres also a golf course behind the property if you're into that.

I'm a platinum member and have stayed here once before. Had a great stay that time and similarly to that time, the staff was great when I checked in. Unfortunately that's where it ended. My room was on the end next to the door that could be heard slamming the entire night and it had 2 queens instead of 1 king. Usually as a platinum member I get upgraded to a nicer, quieter room. The parking lot was very empty so I'm pretty sure they weren't sold out. Now for the room, the toilet leaked from it's base and got water all over the floor, enough to need to use a towel to mop it up. Then, the shower didn't drain at all, it almost over flowed the lip around it. After I was out it started draining and occasional bubbled up with some dirty water. The toilet also bubbled up and splashed all over. The curtain rod on the shower is crooked and there is a big chip out of the tile on the shower lip. This was room 1128. Very disappointing and will not stay here again.
