Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Indigo -Nashville Great staff -friendly and welcoming. Poor room quality (HVAC/TV/Plumbing/etc.) I would not recommend this hotel as a result of my recent stay. I was not offered any compensation for the inconveniences or any assurances that these problems would be looked at in the near future. Very disappointing and I know that this is not typical of Hotel Indigo. March 2, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by GREAT place to stay in Nashville You cannot find a hotel in a better location in Nashville than Hotel Indigo. A quick walk everywhere downtown. They have great musicians playing in the bar area... you don't even have to leave the hotel to get the Nashville vibe! If you are there for brunch, please order the bloody mary - they really know how to put one together. Nice, quiet rooms make sleeping off your honky tonk evening a pleasant experience. Even if you live in Nashville, you need to experience anything on the menu. Staff was helpful, courteous and professional. Will I go there again? You Betcha!!!! February 21, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel in the Middle of Nashville The unique décor, delicious food, and live music in the restaurant makes this a great location in downtown Nashville. Valet parking was readily available. Hotel is located adjacent to Printers Alley and Nashville nightlife, but with the excellent lounge singer, there was no need to go outside on a cold winter's night. Also located near the Capitol and Legislative Plaza. A very convenient location. February 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Comfort in a Snow/Ice Storm My stay in Nashville was due to the snow and ice storm. Although the Hotel Indigo was operating on a reduced staff due to bad travel conditions, the staff could not have been any better. Everyone filled in where necessary and made the stay great.
