1. Check-in time is 3 pm. We arrived about 3:10. It took over an hour and a half for us to check in. And that was because the valet, who knew how long we'd been waiting, talked to one of the managers. Reasons for delay were the room was not clean, then the room was clean but had not been inspected. Yet, when the valet checked, the housekeeping supervisor had been standing at the counter for at least 15 min. The manager asked her room status; she replied the rooms had been ready for a while! If the valet hadn't checked, I wonder how much longer we would've had to wait!
2. We were there for 3 nights. The ice bucket was not emptied/cleaned once! Only 1 coffee mug was in the room; had to request one from the restaurant. And...the mugs weren't washed once!

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and this check-in experience was the most stress-free and worry-free. The check-in person was friendly, helpful, and professional. The Bistro, Maintenance Supervisor, and Valet staff was also helpful, friendly, and professional. We plan to stay again and have already recommended your hotel to family and friends.

Perfect hotel for a nice weekend in San Antonio. Close to all downtown attractions, River, Alamo, shopping mall, etc. Nice walking paths on the River for early morning exercise. Rooms clean and felt secure entire visit. Loved the décor.
