Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable stay. Everything excellent except the lousy wifi reception in the room. Also, on some morning the breakfast staff were a bit overwhelmed & food was slow coming out. More positively, staff were always helpful & thank you to blond/blue haired young lady behind bar for recommending great places to eat Mexican food in San Antonio. March 5, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by clean and comfy--great parking! We loved this hotel. It was close to the Tobin Center, just a hop and skip, so we didn't have to move the car. The parking is amazing, and parking in the Riverwalk/downtown area is very, very expensive. You could come and go, which is rare without paying double or more. It was spotless, the room was large, the staff was helpful. March 3, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointed The staff had no customer service skills, some where dressed very professionals others where dressed as if they just woke up, they where not knowledgable of the area and the Nite staff where always on there cell phones. I did not ask for a view from my room but if I new you where going to put me in a room outside of the dumpster where I was woke up to staff taking the garbage out all hours of the day and people looking in our room at all hours such as when a truck was being unloaded for the kitchen staff. Then you also place me out side of a conference room where they was loud and playing music and when I ask the ladies at the front desk there acting like its no big deal. It is a big deal when my 78 year old mother needs to rest after driving for two days. Your cleaning staff was rude and our room didn't get cleaned every day. We would even leave early and be gone till 1 or 2 or later to rest a little to go back out thinking the room would be cleaned and come back and they haven't even been there. Then they would ask me if I need the room serviced and I would have to ask for towels and they would act like it was a chore for them to provide me with them. When we checked in I paid for this hotel in advance for two rooms expecting we would at least be close to each other and we where on the other side of the hotel from each other same floor but on totally opposite sides. We expected to have breakfast included for everyone staying and it was for only one person which was very disapointing and I had to ask the girl for that when I checked in she said it was not included. The water taxie hardly ever runs for river walk and we figured out ourselves the trolley got us there and back faster and it was easy to use and right around the corner from the hotel. The only thing that you can say that was truthful about the stay is the room was spacious and there handicap parking was convinent and in front of the hotel. March 2, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not worth the money I chose this hotel because I thought it was on the RIverwalk, it's not. The rooms are small, the wallpaper was falling off, and the bedding was something out of a teenagers room. In the bathroom, the toilet paper holder was barely holding onto the wall and a clothing/towel hook on the door was falling off as well. The bathroom door needed to be wiped down as there was brown specks of something all over it. I won't stay here again, the pictures online made it look more like a getaway you wanto go to, I would rather get away from it. Very basic, nothing special, nothing extraordinary, the guest room at your moms house would probably be better. The workout room is very small as well. March 2, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by overpriced with poor service You ask question about lunch and room service. The restaurant is not open for lunch and room service appeared to be non-existent. Maid service was good and the room was clean and well kept. The rest of the staff appeared to be unsupervised and poorly trained. It took a long time to check in as there was only one clerk with three people and the first one was having a problem. Parking was across the street and had no security and was expensive. Never saw security of any type during my three days there. February 27, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel and staff. However... My wife and I stayed 4 nights (Thu thru Mon). We were happy with the front desk and restaurant staff. The room was nice with pleasant decor. Not sure why but we had a major problem with the weekend housekeeping service. After being gone from the room all day Sat and Sun, upon return at 5pm the room had not been cleaned either day (the 'do not disturb' sign was in the room, not on the door). On Sat the front desk was able to send someone up to clean the room so we vacated again. Upon return an hour later, the room had been cleaned but the door to the room had been left open a few inches. This is not acceptable. On Sun, there was no housekeeping staff to clean the room so a very nice lady from the laundry staff brought up some towels and bathroom supplies to the room. Overall, a nice hotel but will not return due to the housekeeping experience. February 25, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel Not as Nice as It Used to Be This used to be our "go to" place to stay on the Riverwalk in San Antonio. We have recommended it to many friends. We like that it is at the quiet end of the Riverwalk, has a boutique feel, and we have always received good service in the past. However, this time, we felt uncomfortable with the safety of the location and that we received fairly poor service overall. Our room location was awful and other guests were rude and noisy. The bedding was not clean and the service in the restaurant was poor. We no longer feel it is good value for the money and will look to stay at a nicer, safer place even if we can't stay on the Riverwalk. February 24, 2015
