This place is So Amazing. In the middle of a Hurricane the entire staff was so amazing and putting the guests safety first. It was just an amazing experience in a very scary situation and that was all because of the staff

Appreciate all the support we received from staff during our stay. A very difficult situation in Ashville. Staff responded very well and helped us on our journey. We hope and pray that all are well and some degree of normalcy returns soon. All take care and thank you
Suites are not fully equipped

The suites on the 12th floor are great but lack any microwave ovens, kitchen utensils or paper towels. The rooms have great views of Asheville downtown and the surrounding mountains. Be aware that the rooms on the north side are directly above the expressway and do get a lot of traffic noise at night. We liked the hotel but it would have been a better experience with some way to have a meal in the suite.

My sister, cousin, and I arrived Wednesday evening in a downpour, the beginnings of Hurricane Helene. Despite the rains, wind, and eventual no electricity, wifi, or water, we couldn't have asked for a better hotel. The rooms were great (really comfortable, spacious, clean, and great view), but most importantly, the staff were amazing. They went out of their way to do whatever they could to make us comfortable, providing food, water, and support whenever needed. We didn't get to enjoy Asheville much (everything was closed), but we will definitely return not in hurricane season and stay at same hotel. Thank you for making the best of an extremely difficult situation.

The highway noise was disturbing. A continual fan in the HVAC system in my room did not enable me to mask the highway noise.
Nice hotel close to downtown, but restaurant needs work

This was a very nice boutique hotel. The decor and look was current, the hotel and room very clean, the front staff & valet staff were friendly. Our room had great views and the shower was large. They could use more lighting by the mirror area of bathroom. The bed was a little too hard for my liking. The only major negative was the restaurant at breakfast. We purchased the breakfast package so we could eat there before starting our day. The front desk forgot to give us the vouchers, but they just took it off the bill. The food - once we got it - was very good. The problem was the time it took to get our food. There we only a few tables of diners ant the time and the menu was not extensive. Our server (we had the same gentleman both mornings) was frazzled and didn’t seem to be able to handle more than one table at a time. Both days he kept saying he was swamped, would apologize about the delay, and would make jokes about needing a drink. The 2nd morning he took our order, but after a great delay came back to say he didn’t know what he did with our ticket so he had to retake our order. We did eventually get our food, but it did set us behind on our plans for both days. Not sure it was worth it to get the breakfast package.

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable. The location was close to downtown and the Biltmore. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall, the hotel was very beautiful. The room was very comfortable. However, the experience with trying to get coffee and breakfast in the morning was terrible.
