My stay over the weekend 6th to 8th June - was excellent. The hotel staff from the front desk to the doorman was excellent. I have not encountered such a polite staff in any hotels I have stayed in . Rohit Kumar and the other team member on duty on Sunday at the lobby was outstanding in customer service . They are an asset to the hotel . Hope to visit the hotel soon and will recommend others also.

World tour at IHG

My husband and I just completed a worldwide tour, staying exclusively at IHG hotels. We were greeted at each location with a very warm welcome. The service, the smiles, the accommodation, and the food were excellent. Also, of course, the locations within the cities we visited were very good. The concierge’s advice was always pertinent.
We would like to thank John, Ethan, Mia, and Ling, who helped us navigate in Taipei and ensured our planned trip to Japan would be enjoyable. They planned all the train reservations with their suggestions of cities to visit. The plan was flawless. We will remember their warmth, support, and advice of Taipei and Japan that made it worthwhile.
Many thanks to the team at Kimpton in Taipei, as well as Regent in Hong Kong, InterContinental in Tokyo, San Francisco, and Singapore.

We had really great experience at Kimpton Da An Hotel with great hospitality and atmosphere. Mr. Rohit Lo, Concierge Ambassador and his team gave us valuable information. They have great knowledge, hospitality, and friendly.
They made the restaurant reservations for us, and the food was excellent and would like to come back there again.
