The wife and I needed to reboot after the holidays. We had a great dinner and some tasty drinks afterwards. The room was clean and spacious, the only downside was the bathroom could use some more counter space. Overall we had a great time and a good nights rest. Can’t wait to see what is like after the renovations we will be back.

After receiving a text from Matt Marshak, a jazz musician my wife and I have followed for over 20 years, that said he was performing New Years Eve at Hotel Indigo in Riverhead LI , we decided to see him. We contacted the hotel and they offered us a package of room, show and a 5 course dinner in the Bistro he was performing. The entire outing was terrific, the rooms clean and warm, the hotel clean and easy to move around in. The staff courteous and knowledgeable, the dinner and show terrific which rang in the New Year on a high note. The next morning had a nice buffet breakfast before leaving. A real nice way to start the new year.

This hotel is the Best on the East End! The location is Perfect! If you’re visiting the North Fork , the Hamptons and even Main Street Riverhead restaurants, or aquarium! The restaurant Bistro 72 in hotel offers Great happy hour daily with live music most days. The Chef is one of the Best on the East End! The lamb chops are fantastic! Such a fun hotel to stay at! Staff always has a smile! Makes you feel very welcome. I stayed there in Aug. and return for Christmas holidays. The staff remembered my name. Amazing! It’s a family friendly atmosphere. My Grandchildren love it! The pool in summer is beautiful! It’s only 90 minutes from NYC!

Bed was comfortable pillows were great cleaning staff did a great job. Furniture was a bit worn keeping the room at it. Even temperature was a challenge. Also navigating the TV was a challenge.

We were very happy with our gorgeous room , the friendly staff and the complimentary breakfast . The hotel has a great location as well-right off of the LIE-a huge plus for us was having the Direct TV -many hotels now have TVs that depend on the customer having streaming services, which we don’t have -we will be back .

Hotel Indigo is a great place to go in Riverhead. Bar staff is top-notch, live music Fri-Sun, food is excellent, hotel managers are friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back soon! Keep up the good work!

We're custom to try other IHG brand hotel, this is our first time trying this hotel it is located in a great spot right off the highway, close to one of the biggest shopping outlets, and amusement park, my only con is that our room were a little old and nosey other than that definitely recommend

The staff at Bisro 72 were amazing!! Kaitlin hostess on day 1 then worker bee day 2 exemplary!!!! She remembered me so the personal touch was there!! Will and Wayne bartenders and servers went above and beyond with me but also with my 2 grandchildren for an early dinner and they loved the cuisine!!

The room was clean and comfortable, and it was one of the quietest rooms I have ever stayed in. I thought I was the only customer there, until I saw people in the hallways and breakfast area the next morning. If I didn't already know that it was a pet-friendly hotel, there were no typical telltale signs; it was quiet and first-class all the way.
