I stayed at candlewood suites for over a year because of traveling for work. I have to say the only problem was sometimes the hotel didn’t have enough staff to clean the room. The staff is very friendly and always helped me if I needed anything. I looked forward to coming but from work at 12 am cause Anna always made it feel like a home for me. She is the nice woman that I have ever met.

I enjoyed my stay at the Chambersburg PA Candelwood. I would not think twice about staying at this location again.

It is a good and comfortable place, the apartment has a good size and enough resources/amenities necessary to make your meal as well as they have a very kind crew.

The location of hotel was excellent. Near places to eat and shop. Clean hotel and rooms .

Needed a place that took pets and for this it was fine. There is no continental breakfast and the pantry was too high priced for the value. Lighting was not good in bathroom nor in kitchenette. Beds were so uncomfortable we had to take ibuprofen when we got up to be able to move due to backs hurting- even our daughter. Only pros were we could bring our small dog and the staff was very nice.
Front desk staff is very helpful and professional.

Nice staff but room could use some work the bathroom light fixture was not attached the ceiling, the room was dirty, and air conditioner was very noisy

Generally a nice place to stay but they don’t believe in preventative maintenance which is probably due to ability to hire and lack of proper staffing

If you need to stay for an extended amount of time, this hotel is where you need to be. It is close to the stores, it has a kitchen, and plenty of parking.
Tired hotel needs help

Staff was inattentive to issues. Room was not cleaned properly. Building needs fresh air unit to address muggy feeling. Carpets were damp and the room in general seemed tired and worn.
