They were accommodating to my late check in and upgrades at that late hour. Great service no matter what time of the day. Room was warm when I walked in and great view out patio. Got my rewards questions and frequent guest updates.

I’m a touring “real beard” Santa from Iowa for the 2024 Season at the Grand Teton Mall. My original reservations were 11/20-12/25. I arrived on 11/19. The staff worked with me to get a room that I could stay in the 19th & continue to stay in through 12/25. So far between the polite cooperative staff, the clean accommodations, & the quiet calm atmosphere…I could not ask for more. Santa is enjoying his stay!

This was probably my 15th stay at this property, and it just keeps getting better. The rooms are exceptionally clean and the people who work there are friendly and polite and make everyone feel like they are at home.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We experienced an issue with the shower and the front desk immediately worked to remedy the situation.

My suite was clean and I was able to control the temperature easily. Although there was construction nearby, I didn’t hear it within the room after I was moved on the second night. The location is near the Greenbelt and Snake River Landing, so a good walking area.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean. A/C was hard to regulate, but being on the 3rd floor with warm days and cool nights, the temp was hard to regulate. Having the unit go on and off frequently was a bit disruptive overnight, but understandable.

The staff is always amazing and the rooms are always clean. The location is is convenient for getting downtown or hopping right back to the freeway

If you plan to stay away from home for work, hands down great place. It came with some great features, rooms clean, staff was awesome and even made the visit for my kids perfect, close by food and river view. If you need breakfast, you won't get it, but free massages work for early risers. Best part, I stayed for almost 5 months and no complaints.
