Pros:
-Nice set up
-Spacious bathroom
Cons:
-The coffee maker leaked everywhere
-The roads had tons of potholes
-Located across the street from a very unsafe looking Oyo motel that I was nervous about my vehicle over night

Rooms was not like the pictures online the room was clean . The pool was closed there wasn't a sign or notice. Tv didn't work and no one came to help to get it on.

Because this was an IHG property we expected at least the basic experience. We were seriously disappointed. The whole building was in need of serious cleaning and repair. It smelled bad and the trash receptacles were full to overflowing. Desk clerks were rude. It was a very unpleasant experience.
Great for a long stay

All the employees were friendly and helped me keep the same room as my military orders were extended. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately. My only quip is that the pool was never open during my stay.

We needed to be close to the airport for a quick overnight stay. This hotel was convenient, clean, and also allowed us flexibility in our accommodations. The space was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the only thing that was unusual was the TV-it seemed older than the space! Other than that, we were satisfied and would stay here again. Thanks to the staff for being available and accommodating.

I didn't arrive until after 10pm, and felt very safe in the parking lot and checking in. I feel like the front entrance wasn't clear (late at night, no big sign for the entry) but it's more because of the way the property is laid out. Yes, logic says the entry is on the front, but it didn't feel like a main entrance late at night.
Comfortable beds

Beds are clean and comfortable. Staff seem friendly. Carpets in the hallway were dirty carpets in the room need to be cleaned. Some maintenance need to be done I had one room with a broken microwave handle. Some lights didn’t work.
Ok stay, but could be better

Room was comfortable but certain items need maintenance such as shower facet and diverter. TV picture quality was extremely poor, almost like being on rabbit ear antenna for the 60’s.
Staff at check in did a good job.

I kept to myself during my stay. I had pets so I cleaned my own room. I visited the staff downstairs biweekly for toilet paper and trash bags. The room itself was nice. The bed was comfy, the kitchenette was updated, the bathroom was nice. The lack of hot water was aggravating. The one time staff did come into my room was to put a poorly worded letter on my kitchenette seeming to indicate they were terminating my reservation a day early because of a sold-out event in Indy. I immediately addressed this with the staff who said that it was supposed to say I could not extend my reservation or get a late check out, but that my reservation remained the same. They sent that letter to multiple residents, apparently.

Had an excellent experience with my stay at this hotel. Room exceeded my needs for an overnight - would be even better if using for an extended stay.
