I fou d my stay here very comfortable. We were there by necessity and we welcomed. We had no major problems while there. Any issues that did come up was taken care of immediately. I never had an issue parking close to the door or where I wanted. They were pet friendly, which was perfect for my 2 bullies. I'm very grateful for them being there for my children and myself. We would definitely like to go back.

The staff at the hotel was super friendly. We also enjoyed the guest laundry. Halloween Decor was a plus. Highly recommended!

The front desk staff was amazing. She was friendly and worked to change our rooms when the one room on the ground level was locked from the inside some how. My mom was not comfortable with the issues we were having getting in the room so the desk clerk switched us to the third floor. I hope there are plans to upgrade this hotel similar what has been done to other Candle Wood Suites like in New Bern, NC

This hotel had a helpful staff and a warm welcome. Our overall stay was enjoyable and we felt it was reasonably priced. A good choice for us!

The service and accommodations were great! I was excited about the free laundry service and the amount of space in my room. If I choose needed anything the staff was polite and quick to help. The parking was close to the room as well.

This hotel was priced perfectly for Labor Day weekend… lots of hotels were over charging and sold out. The staff was friendly ever encounter and the room was spacious and had everything we needed. Would defiantly come back

It was not my first second or third choice to stay. It was work related and they booked this hotel for me. This is one of the worst hotels I ever stayed in as far as work related.

The first room I was assigned to was flooded and extremely hot as I opened the door, leading to me believe the AC failed, and somehow flooded the floor. I waited almost a half hour for another room, where the issues were much more minor, such as coffee carafe not fitting in the coffee maker and a telephone that didn’t work, no drain plug in the bathtub and some obvious signs of wear and tear. On a positive note, it was very quiet. The room was clean overall, the bed was very comfortable. While I was waiting, I was invited to use the pantry to get a snack and I took out a muffin for breakfast and found there was mold on it, but I opened it in the morning so turnover is slow and it’s not being kept up with.

It is a good place to stay and worth using points. My only qualm was that the fire alarm went off at one in the morning, but that was out of the control of the staff.

Initially I was given a room that was flooded and A/C had failed (perhaps same issue) waited 20 minutes for another room. Spacious and clean with good bedding, but aged. Phone did not work, wrong carafe in coffee maker so coffee spilled over in morning, no stopper in bathtub. Room was quiet, which was a huge plus. I was given a snack choice from pantry and the muffin I took for breakfast had mold on it, stock is not getting turned over apparently

Staff is wonderful, the rooms don’t have a fan so it gets damp other than needing a dehumidifier the rooms are well worth the price.
