I alerted the staff my toilet was not working when I checked in. I was told the maintenance was not there, and was actually short-staffed. Nothing was done to either fix the toilet or move me to another room.

I was astonished to not see any toiletries not stocked up. Snack room was empty! Other residents were very loud and rude. The location was perfect near all restaurants and the Walmart. Just a little more effort into the hotel!

For A great feel away from home i couldn't ask for a better hotel to make me feel at home, staff was outstanding and housekeeping was amazing, so if you every in VA Beach stay here and feel like your home.

If the room had simply been clean and the AC unit didn’t stink like a dirty armpit. I would rate very differently. The staff was helpful to accommodate fresh linen and tried to make me comfortable.

Unless you like being assigned to a room with someone already in it, bugs everywhere (dead and alive), unclean rooms, and waiting over a hour to check-in, this hotel is not worth it
Run down & dirty

Worst IHG property I have ever stayed in; run down and dirty. Bathroom had hair in it and the tub had mold. Lamps in the room where (oddly) unplugged. Despite being told that the two rooms we got were on the same floor that was not the case. Front desk neither attempted to fix this at check in nor apologized for the miscommunication.

Gave me a room that was already occupied. Panty was not stocked. Common areas are not clean. Room was okay.

The staff was very friendly upon arrival and check in went smoothly. My room was what I expected and it was very clean and it had everything I needed in the bathroom. I was very pleased with my overall stay

Hotel staff was friendly at check-in. Alot of the Hotel items seems to be broken like the the big red line through the middle of the TV, I also had to purchase batteries for the TV remote. I mentioned the issues with the front desk. Nothing happened from the hotel to fix the issues. Rooms need to updated or repaired. I decided to stay at this location because of it's location to the jobsite.
The room was well equipped with what we need if it was not I just called front desk and it was brought to me ASAP

The hotel was exceptional overall good location was great there was all kind of stores even in walking distance. I like football so sport bars were close. Small mall restaurants. The hotel outside was beautiful not noise in the hotel I loved quite time 9om to 7am.
