A Memorable Stay at Staybridge Hotel: A Heartfelt Thank You

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Staybridge Hotel for nearly eight months, and I can confidently say that it felt like a home away from home. The exceptional service and warm hospitality provided by the staff made my extended stay truly remarkable. I would like to take this opportunity to recognize and express my deepest gratitude to Aaron, Joe, Antonio, Veron, Dani, Melissa, and Safire for their outstanding contributions.

I find the hotel to be safe and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the hotel uses fragrances in the guest rooms. I have allergies to these fragrances so my sinuses are clogged up and I have a runny nose every time I stay here. The fragrances were introduced within the last couple of years across the hotel chain.

This Staybridge Inn has been a prized destination on our annual trek across the southwest (two adults, three kids, and a dog.) The location, provisions (including breakfast offerings, gym size, and room layout), and availability have been exactly what we need - whether we book in advance or as we pull into town.
Great experience for stay and enjoy the environment.

Staff very helpful during my time arrival i get early check in since long haul flight. Also the facilities were really good. Mostly my trip always with them. Great and keep it up good work.

Uncomfortable Beds and Room Smell

Recently visited this hotel for short business trip. As a Diamond Member, I had requested a room upgrade and wanted to get high floor facing Mountain. Unfortunately ended up on Ground Floor and no view at all. The beds were not comfortable, if you have back issues. Room had a smell so had to keep the fan running all the time.

I was welcomed as a I. H. G member. The Check-in went very smoothey took good care of us and had good information for places to eat that evening. The room was clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean.The only issue I had was the shower head.
It needed to be replaced or cleaned. The shower head spray was all over the place.

Manager was very friendly and knowledgeable. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious. However, bathroom toilet would run off and on throughout the night. Bed and pillows a little uncomfortable, but other than that great experience and would stay again.
