I love staying at the Staybridge Suites in Atlanta. I have stayed at different ones and they each have good reasons for staying. This location is in Buckhead and very convenient to lots of shopping and my family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The facility inside the suite is perfect. Even I book double bed, I got 2 queenside bed with many pillows. That made me so enjoy while sleeping. Plus, the location of this hotel is good as I can walk to find some place for dining easily. I will return to stay in this hotel again if I have chance to come back to Buckhead.

I was hesitant at first to stay at this property as I had never stayed at a Staybridge before; however, upon first walking in the door, all of that changed due to the staff's welcoming attitude. They treated me better than family! I felt that I was safe at all times and felt so very comfortable throughout the stay. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they truly do CARE about the guests. And the staff remembered me each time! I can not say enough good things about this property. The location was excellent for whatever we needed and the shuttle availability was great. The room was a nice surprise as the small touches really meant a lot (and the use of space was very well done). Perfect room for a family or just a couple! The hotel offered all of the amenities that I needed.....and more (and I am very selective). But again, the STAFF made our stay so much more enjoyable. We will stay there again on our next trip!

Stayed here for months while on a project in Buckhead.
The staff is great, friendly and welcoming. Housekeeping does a great job, very friendly also, as well as the breakfast and social staffs.
Great pool, hot tub / spa is ok.
Parking can get troublesome during the weekdays as you have a lot of cars from the building next door park in hotel spaces, not leaving many spots for guests, even though it is posted they are never towed. Not an issue if you don't have a vehicle here.
The hotel shuttle is a plus, and a great help.
Beds are nice, linens are nice, bath linens are wonderful. Hotel internet is really reliable and strong.

Very near to shopping mall, staff friendly, every room has a kitchen, BBQ site, will choose this hotel again.

I keep trying to give this hotel a fair chance because it is steps away from my office I travel to. But after my 4th stay, assuming things that kept happening were a fluke and giving them plenty of opportunities, I'm done.
First stay: fire alarm went off two nights in a row around 3 am. Not the greatest when you need to be fresh for the office.
Second stay: maid service poor, had to actually request new coffee packets, a new working coffee maker. Room was shabby, wallpaper peeling off walls, toilet not even grouted to the floor so it actually moved around as you sat on it.
Third stay: this is where things started going bad. I was in a room that was marked nonsmoking, but my room reeked of cigarette smoke, Indian food, and a heavy air freshener. It was so strong I left with clothes that smelled like it.
Fourth stay: last straw. I was in a room right by the parking deck, where several construction workers that are staying in the hotel long term were smoking, drinking, and carrying on until late at night. Additionally, I received no new towels each day, and was left with a dwindling supply that by my second night had run out. Of course, the housekeeping staff did not leave me any new ones. When I returned to my room to find that, I called the front desk and requested them, and was told the housekeeping staff had gone home for the evening and if I wanted more towels I would have to walk down my old ones to the desk myself and they would give me some new ones only if I did that. What horrible customer service! Additionally, from my third stay to fourth stay the available channels went to less than 20, you can't even watch CNN in this hotel.
After my third stay I completed a survey that IHG sent me, and the manager of the hotel told me they would credit me in IHG points for the stay. Guess what? Never got them.
Hope IHG takes a trip to this hotel to see just how bad it's become. The value is not that great, there are many hotels in the area of a higher star tier that are priced as low as if not less than this. I'll be booking a stay at one of those brands next time.

Breakfast, Dinner, Staff, maintenance, custodial services, shuttle services was very accommodating. Valuable information regarding Restaurants and shopping within the 3 mile radius of the hotel.
