Overall a nice stay. Could have done without the carpet in the pet friendly hotel. The room needed painting and wall repairs in the bathroom. The WiFi fades in and out. The staff were great. The breakfast was very nice and plenty of parking available.

I brought my granddaughters for a Nanny Adventure weekend and we enjoyed the pool and proximity to great shopping and kid venues. The pool and hot tub were amazing after time at Skyzone! Hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas and provided the best photo op in front of the fireplace and Christmas Tree. We will be back!

I found hair in the bathroom on the floor and the trash in the cabinet was not emptied. I went to get some lemonade out of the dispenser during Breakfast. I saw something black floating in the lemonade. I just poured in the the sink in my suite. I came back on got orange juice. Other than that. Everything was wonderful. Front desk attendant was very helpful.

We booked this room for an early morning doctor’s appointment that we were traveling for. The staff was very friendly and we were upgraded to a suite. We stayed over New Year’s and had a great time.
Needs Training

The property is nice first off but the staff needs more training on the IHG standards. There was no interaction between the front desk staff and myself. There was no communication on what amenities you have. I was not thanked for my status. The room could’ve been cleaned a little bit better. My fiancé found a wrapper on the floor in the bedroom. There were crumbs in the kitchen between the fridge and counter and a wrapper behind the entry door. If I was an QA inspector, the score would be very low. The staff just need training on guest service and cleanliness. It’s not a bad property. Just need better service.

Staff were amazing. This place was super clean and pet friendly. It makes being away from home better when you are able to have your furry companion with you. I had no negative issues while there. The ladies at the reception desk were super friendly and professional. I will be a repeat guest next time I'm sent to the area for work.

I stayed here from 12/10-12/13. I checked in and the host was pleasant and professional. He briefed me on all the events that were happening and directed me to my room. My room was super nice very clean and was actually more like a mini house. It included everything that you needed. it was very nice that the house staff did pick up and keep room neat and clean. This is very much appreciated. I was in town for work relations and was not in the room long at all when they day was started. My experience was super. I look forward to staying again.

This hotel brand has become my standard for my lodging going forward. The property was very clean and kept. The room was always stocked, it had everything that we needed and was very spacious. The free hot breakfast & social hour was a bonus! Breakfast is everyday & social hour is Mon-Wed each week. Ms. Liann, Ms. Tanya, Riley, Ms. Nicole, and Ms. Laura were all really great people! They were very patient & accommodating with us. If you're in Chesapeake and need a true suite, this is where you go!
