That bed and pillow weren’t the most comfortable but other than that, everything is beautiful wonderful. Have stayed here multiple times will stay here again.

The suite was very clean and was very spacious. Breakfast had many options and the lobby was very welcoming. The staff was friendly and courteous. The location was very accessible and close to restaurants and bars.

They room was clean and tidy, as always! The pool was way too cold, kids wouldn't get in. Tried to get help, they said there was nothing they could do.

I have not ever encountered a bad or shabby experience with the chain. I’ve always felt as I really mattered and welcomed. I will not stay at any other hotel when I’m visiting Iowa. This is my home away from home

Located in a good area lots of restaurants!!! This is very unneeded hotel!! Since I have to write 50 characters I will say I was very disappointed in the up keep!! We have stayed there many times, in fact weeks at a time and they never repair anything

First two mornings had a dog barking from 6-9 am. They have no designated area just for dog owners!! They say they do but then put them in any room available!!!
The bed had a big pad under the bed sheet that kept bunching up!! It was like a padding you put in a babies bed!!!
Food was basically the same everyday!! Milk was room temperature!!
The back entrance door was broke in July when we stayed there and still broke in October!!!

I had reserved a room with my credit card and I immediately locked my credit card back as people like to steal your information now. I was in a dead area on my way to Iowa and I guess the front desk lady tried calling me twice didn’t have service so she canceled my reservation. I said it was an excuse that she could because I didn’t go through because my card was locked. She was very rude And she might wanna learn people skills. The lady that was doing this social evening had her kids in a whole bunch of other people in her family in the kitchen. Kind of disgusting if you ask me.

Suite was great, just like home, Elevator could have been more convenient (it was opposite end from where our suite was).
