The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are clean. The entire property is very clean and safe thank you to all the staff and their individual roles. The food is great and again the kitchen is continually being cleaned. The management and the staff have made us their family members. We have met some great friends and family at the UHG in Dearborn Michigan thank you so much for the owners generosity and the kindness of the staff who have become family I wish I could name everyone in this review because they're all amazing people here

This hotel has it all! Comfortable, quiet, clean and a homey atmosphere. I enjoyed having an efficient kitchen for use during my stay. I travel for work and grow tired of eating resteraunt meals, I really liked having the oppertunity to cook my own meals.

Not clean enough, bad breakfast. For this quality and no housekeeping on weekends I would not paid what I paid. Housekeeping policy should be informed before booking.

The heating was inconsistent so the room was difficult to maintain at a comfortable temp, the shower tap was loose in the wall, there were no USB charging points anywhere or any international power sockets, not even a shaver socket in the bathroom.

The front desk is good, the rooms and common spaces are also great. Breakfast menu can improve, in less than a week you already ate all options, and they are a little bit greasy/fatty in my opinion.
Not Staybridge standards

We have stayed in multiple other Staybridge suites. The Dearborn location does not live up to the Staybridge standards.

Staybridge has the best rooms. Very Spacious. Locations are great and breakfast in the morning if you choose.

“""We're having an amazing experience with the Staybridge Suites. The customer service is outstanding, and this experience is amazing. We are so pleased with the service we're receiving from this hotel and their staff who have made us feel like family. They have gone above and beyond to not only welcome us into their family but they have welcomed our fur babies who look forward to seeing them everyday. This type of service starts with the owners and the culture they are creating thru their staff who we have had the best experiences with. We appreciate everyone and everything they do for us. Honestly we will be sad to leave here but we will always only stay at the Dearborn location whenever we have the opportunity. I truly wish I had the room to name everyone personally in this review because each and everyone of them deserve to be recognized here for the excellence they give everyday to us. I need to mention how comfortable these beds are compared to anywhere else I have ever stayed. If for no other reason come try their beds and meet the amazing staff here in Dearborn Michigan

The hotel was dirty and very loud. There were loud drunk men running the halls and kept my three small kids up from 2:30-6:00

Nice place, great staff. Just a tip, they are hidden behind the Holiday Inn Express and you will miss the parking lot if you wit till you get to the Staybridge sign.
