Rooms were clean and a nice set up! The beds were a little worn in and not as comfortable as I would like.

we found a syringe with a needle in the room. Front desk seemed to be ok with it.

Excellent place to stop during a long road trip. We were traveling home to Kansas from Wisconsin Dells and didn't want to make the trip in one go. We chose Des Moines because of its centralized location. Staybridge offered the space for our family of five to spreadout. It's secured parking was a HUGE plus and it's downtown location made finding local eateries easy.

Overall my stay was amazing only request i can make is smart tvs that allow you to log onto your streaming accounts to watch movies and shows

Everything was great about this trip. The only issue was the fact that the 2 bedroom family suite was available but the front desk attendant stated that they were not able to upgrade my family of 6 into that room.

Great location. Large, quiet rooms with comfortable bed. We had a suite and found living room/kitchen spacious and well equipped. Shower was COLD as was the breakfast. Food was overcooked, dry and cold. We’ve stayed here before without this issue and have never had this before with IHG hotels. Makes me hesitto return.

Located in the East Village of Des Moines where there are plenty of walkable options for food, drinks, and shopping. The room spacious, clean, and welcoming after a day of walking around Downtown Des Moines.

Spacious room, comfy bed and great location for downtown. The rooms are clean, and the atmosphere was perfect. The pool was out of order which was a bummer but they did at least offer a contingeny option next door for pool usage. We didn't take advantage of the offer but its nice when neighbors get along. Overall a 10 for what we were looking for as we attended the Iowa Hockey game at Wells Center.

The location is very close to shopping, restaurants and bars. I appreciated the phone call the day before check in asking if I needed anything for my upcoming stay. The yogurt buffet was a nice added touch. I wish they had oatmeal both days. Also,Jesse at the front desk was very accommodating.
