The worst IHG hotel that we have ever stayed at. I did not feel safe and would like my money back.

This hotel is a disgrace to IHG. I am shocked that they would allow it to remain in the system. Blood on comforter, no door lock, dirty, smelly, and totally not worth $10.

Pleasant staff. Kitchenette was nearly bare of equipment save for utensils. Temp control unit was erratic.

Maintenance on the building, attention to detail and customer service are lacking. No toiletries in the bathroom. I will NOT recommend this hotel!

The hallways smelled like weed, the bed needs more sheets, the floor and bathrooms were clean. Would like more towels for the bathroom but overall it is a nice hotel. We have stayed there many times and it is a nice location and overall clean. They never give welcome packages they just automictically give welcome points.

Poorly managed, under staffed, unclean, smells like weed and trash, concerns not met, not treated or recognized as diamond member.

Not impressed as this property was dirty, the room not cleaned thoroughly. Tile loose in the bathroom which had no hand soap in it. Smell of animals and cold smoke in the room and hallway.

We arrived at a relatively clean room. The bed was made with crisp white sheets and was very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean. The kitchenette appeared clean, except there were no clean dishes. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, and it would not turn on. The stove didn't work either. The fuse box was checked, and we didn't see problems. We did contact the front desk, and while she seemed to take our statement seriously, the dishes remained dirty throughout our stay.

Great stay, entire staff was great.. I have only one complaint (being completely transparent) the first thing I do in any hotel is check out how clean the floor is. Since the floors here are hardwood or laminate and pets are allowed and I like to walk around with no shoes on. The floors were pretty dirty. More focus on making sure they are clean (children are going to crawl around on these floors and they need to be beyond clean. Other than that everything was really good 👍

the cupboard had almost no items. The recliner in rm140 has a blood stain on the recliner. Nothing to cook with and the room smells like cigarette smoke.

We stayed for one night to get away. Overall, the room appeared clean. The bed was made with crisp sheets, the floors were clean, and the bathroom was also clean. All towels appeared clean. The problem we had was there were no clean dishes, including cups. We hoped to have a drink but couldn't find any dish. I looked in the dishwasher, and everything was in there, not clean. The powder was at the bottom of the dishwasher. I tried to turn it on to clean the dishes. It wouldn't turn on. I then looked into the stovetop and microwave. No appliances besides the refrigerator were working. I did alert the front desk about this, unfortunately, we didn't have access to any dishes. The bed was very comfortable, and everything else appeared to be clean. We requested a smoke-free room and unfortunately, we didn't get one. It didn't smell good.

My first impression was great. The check in clerk was very warm and inviting but things changed when I got to my room. Greeted by a dirty pair of socks left in the room on the floor, pan that I Cooked my dinner in had some funk on it that ruined my dinner. No blanket on bed or in the room, no tissues. Very thin walls making it noisy. The room felt dirty and was in need of an update.

This was a nice hotel for the price. Near the airport and within driving distance of restaurants. It is usually long term guests that stay here.
