It was a great time I enjoyed my stay everyone made me feel like family. I was able to relax and unwind and enjoy the time spent. Hot tub was the best part of all. I was welcomed when I arrived and ensured that my stay was going to be Great

Unhappy because room was not clean properly.

In the shower I found a used soap in the soap dish with hairs on it. Found clumps of hair on wall behind shower curtain. The Lotion and Shampoo that was by the sink had both been used before. Pillow cover had a stain. I stay at IHG a lot every year. This was the most uncomfortable I have felt in a room in a long time. (because it was not cleaned properly)

Love the friendliness of staff and overall cleanliness of the rooms. Two issues this stay... Mild stains by vent in bathroom above toilet and ac filters were filthy.
Other than the afore mentioned issues ... Wonderful stay and will return again.

I'm not sure you really want me to review my stay

I understand that people are shortstaffed these days, but my room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5:15 p.m. at a property that has 3:00 check-in. I was told that they only had one housekeeper. But there were two people at the front desk who were not in the least bit busy who could have helped that housekeeper out if they were that far behind.

Anyway, I was told that it would be about 20 minutes. No big deal. About 30 minutes later, they told me my room was ready. It was, in fact, not ready. The housekeeper had just started cleaning and the only thing that had been done was the bed was made. I sat on the sofa trying to stay out of the way for the next 30 minutes as the poor housekeeper kept saying "Lo siento." It wasn't her fault.

Backing up a bit, I was not greeted as a Diamond Elite or offered any amenities (they did deposit the standard 500 points, but never mentioned anything else). In addition, my profile specifically asks to be away from the elevator, but my room was right next to it and the elevator noise woke me up early every morning I was there. I made my reservation early enough that I shouldn't have been next to the elevator.

Either the first or second night I was there, I had just gotten back to the hotel and changed into my pajamas when the fire alarm went off. I don't blame the hotel. Things happen. But there was a largish group of us waiting outside the hotel and NO ONE came out and told us that it was clear. We just eventually wandered back in with no direction or explanation from the front desk.

It wasn't all bad. The bed was super comfortable and the location was good for my needs. But I was just very disappointed in the lackadaisical attitude of the front desk. I am very loyal to the IHG brand and I have had mostly excellent experiences in dozens and dozens of stays across the country, including a fantastic stay in Joplin MO later during this same trip. Everything could have been so much better with a minimum of customer service. Greet me as a Diamond Elite and offer me the amenity choice. Offer me extra points or something from the pantry for having to wait an hour for my room to be ready. Keep people informed about something as important as a fire alarm. None of that takes additional staff. It just takes staff who actually care. Oh, and give that housekeeper a raise; she's an overworked gem!

Not impressed

We had stayed at this property in the past and liked it enough to come back. However, this time there was the most pathetic breakfast in the morning, the hotel was understaffed at the front desk and the hot tub was a weird greenish blue color. Will not stay again.

The room was spacious and afforded a lot of room to move around. the kitchenette was handle for quick reheats and simple meal preparation. 2 bathrooms not fighting over who got to use first. Definitely a plus for those traveling with kids and/or other family members.

Spacious rooms for families; COLD pool and Breakfast lacking

The room was great for our small family. We have a one-year-old and a three year old and there was enough space for everybody. The kitchen was great and we definitely used it. I have two complaints. The pool was almost too cold to swim in, which is a big deal for children and families. Secondly, the advertised buffet style breakfast was severely lacking in options. They had two varieties of cereal (Raisin Bran and corn flakes) one variety of bagel, tater tots, and fried bologna. The juices were empty. Breakfast is a big deal for families who are traveling and part of the reason we chose this hotel. We would have paid more money for a hotel that offered more for breakfast. Almost nothing my kids and other families. and we ended up eating our own packed food.
