Was not informed that the hotel was under renovation construction before I booked the room. Be prepared for navigating around a roll-off dumpster and construction equipment upon arrival. Don't expect discounted rates either, even though amenities are limited, such as the breakfast. And be prepared to eat breakfast somewhere other than the breakfast area - the front desk and breakfast area are both in a conference room and there are no tables or chairs for eating.
Staff nowhere to be found during checkout!

I'm really disappointed. I'm in the Army and I had to catch an early flight, but nobody was there to check me out when I was ready to go. I had to call during a layover to get my receipt.

Very comfortable & updated. Good area of the city to stay if you want to get away from traffic. Loop 375 is a good get around.

Loved the stay but could not use my Rewards Points. This makes my points useless.

Front Desk were very efficient and courteous, Bed was very comfortable, comfy pillows. Hotel was doing some remodeling but did not affect our stay. Our room was comfortable and there were no smells or noise from the remodeling. Noemi at the Front Desk had assured me to let her know if anything bothered us. Really enjoyed our stay.

I loved the free laundry, specially for a 5 day bussiness trip. Didn't like the construction and how the front desk, breakfast are was set up
