Pre-cruise convenient hotel

stayed here pre-cruise. the check in was so easy and the receptionist was lovely. so friendly. complimentary airport shuttle was a nice experience. Appreciated a cruise shuttle for nominal $15 fee. It is close to shopping plaza with restaurants, Big Lots, Dollar Tree, and grocery-Winn Dixie. The rooms are nicely appointed and would be a great place to stay post-cruise or post-vacation because they offer guests laundry and even provide a laundry basket in room. Staff really were so friendly. There is a gazebo area for smokers, and I noticed they even had a barbecue available for guests if they wished to grill outdoors. well-lit and felt very safe.

Good team members, staff friendly, rooms are clean, you have all you need they provade to you, beds are small, over week stay they do not clean your room everyday or give you extra towels, housekeepers come by weekly only which I did not like at all

Early morning flight - AM shower was cold to luke warm at 4:30am. Wasted precious time to see if water would warm up. I realize that this a 2 to 3 star hotel, but come on - at least I should have hot water at 4:30 in the morning. Will not stay here agian. If cold showers are not an issue than I gladly recommend this property.

My stay was awesome and amazing. From the very beginning. My flight arrival was at 9 am and after taking care of some business, I was allowed to check in early at noon. The staff was very helpful and understanding with my check in. I have NO complaints. The only other thing that would make it better would be to offer free breakfast. Thanks Candlewood. I will be back.

I only stayed 3 hours at this hotel but I appreciated the comfortable bed and pillows. Also the airport shuttle.
Great hotel. Close to event center and convenient. Very clean.

I would recommend this hotel, and will stay here my next visit to the area.
The room was very clean and stocked. The staff was fantastic and friendly.
We had our dog as well, and he was welcomed like another guest.

Stayed at the candle wood during a short layover. Exactly what I needed after a long day of flying. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location allows access to many restaurants and amenities within walking distance.

This hotel was very convenient to things on my trip. Great value for the price of the room. Having the shuttle service from the airport was the main reason I booked here. It also had the best combination of price and flexible cancellation rules of any hotel in the area.

The overall hotel stay was pleasant. Bed soft, room clean and no unusual room odors. Enough towels and pillows. Hotel is clean and next to a holiday to get a free continental breakfast. There is also Marina Mile Pizza and a Winn Dixie across the street both I recommend.
