Staff was great, room was good too. Toilet was dirty, staff took care of it and sanitized it as I didn't have time to move to a different room when noticed.

The rooms are clean but the renovations is taking away from the overall experience. The bed is a little hard and the sheets are not as soft. But overall good experience for us traveling along. Will recommend.

The hotel was under construction at the time we booked. Had no idea. Made checking in/out very awkward. You can only walk/stand in certain spots. Had to reach to hand something over the counter. It's great to remodel and improve the overall feel of the business. I just feel it should be warned to the customers that there is construction happening in the area. Ask them if they are OK with it. Also tell them that it may looked closed but still proceed to main entrance, so they aren't wandering around looking for a different entrance.

Property was good, rooms were outstanding with plenty of amenities and everything I needed. The property was clean and quite.

This hotel was very clean (and I have high standards), loved the staff felt very welcomed and had no issues getting extra amenities at the front. I stayed for work and vacation it’s truly comfortable and feels like a little apartment!

I needed to extend my stay & did not have any trouble doing so. The deposit requirement is a little confusing but manageable. Restaurants in walking distance & a gas station a few feet away are convenient.

I stay a week at a time for business to avoid commute. The full kitchen makes it affordable and healthy to have dinners in.
I would hope the guym is availible soon, the calories need that outlet.
I appreciate the staff. They treat me like a friend.

Hotel customer service reps. are very professional and courteous.. They were very obliging and helpful. Your treated with kindness and respect Made my stay most enjoyable. The comfort of my room was wonderful. There was know noise and it was very clean and fresh smelling. The bed was most comfortable. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Candlewood.
