This is always where I stay when in or going thru Houston. The staff are great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is right on. If your stay is mid-week, the social reception in the dining area is a must. Free food, wine and beer.

This hotel is conveniently located near my Houston office. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is good with a smoothie bar included.
There are no USB outlets in the room, I find this difficult as we all have the need to plug in devices, so I have to remember to bring in power bricks to charge my devices.

I have been staying at the Staybridge for 11 months through working in the area and am still amazed at how friendly and helpful the staff are - My room is always made up and clean and the Management goes over and beyond to ensure the comfort and happiness of all customers

I had a pleasant stay. The free laundry facilities was an especially nice touch and made that ‘chore’ very pleasant. The pool facility was clean and enjoyable and the pool towels was a nice touch! The staff were always friendly and ready to serve.

good atomosphere,there are a lot of green arround hotel.there are some restaurant nearby.it helps you much,if you rent a car during your visit.

The front desk personnel were exceptional. The breakfast area was spotless and offered a surprisingly large selection of hot items. The suites were spacious, comfortable, and most importantly clean. Attention to detail by housekeeping was immediately noticed.
As we were in town for a wedding, we did not have time to be outside in the courtyard or pool area but they appeared to receive the same attention from staff as the indoor areas.
If you have business or leisure activities in this area of Houston this property would be an excellent choice.

I always try to stay at this particular Staybridge Hotel if business takes me to the west side of Houston. Fantastic social hours with excellent outdoor area and pool. Property is well maintained and with friendly staff.

This specific property sets the bar extremely high when it comes to service. I stay at IHG properties all over the country and this one is the best of the best. I highly recommend it and will continue to stay here when my business trips take me to Houston TX

The staff is really friendly and they serve amazing food. It feels like home away from home. I accidentally dropped my 22 karat gold earring screw (worth more than $100 but really worth more emotionally for me as it was part of my special gift) in wash basin but staff did give a try to get it out for me. And lucky me, they did find it.
