Due to my husband's medical emergency, we had to drive from Cincinnati to Indianapolis so he could be admitted to the hospital for treatment. Since it was the 4th of July holiday weekend, all the hotels in Indianapolis were booked. I stumbled across Staybridge, which is about 25 minutes north of Indy. Just from my phone call with Jennie to reserve the room, I felt at ease. When I arrived she graciously greeted me, registered me in a beautiful, one bedroom suite overlooking the court yard, where families and guests gather to socialize. I was traveling alone and felt very safe there. If I needed anything or had any questions, Jennie would have the answer with a smile on her face. Thank you!
P.S. I love your pillows - wish I knew what they are!

We had a great hotel experience from late check in to our check out. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the breakfast each morning was excellent. The room and premises were clean. The bed was comfortable and the choices of pillows was excellent.

The staff was great at check in and it was seamless and easy. The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean, large, and comfortable. I am always worried about water pressure and I was not disappointed.

My only complaint is the super stiff bath towels, everything else is over and above what is expected! Great Place To Stay.

The pool was not available even though we called 3 days before and asked if it was. No one notified us of the change of condition of it either.

My husband and I would like to celebrate Jenny at the front desk. She was on duty for the evening, until 11:00pm. She welcomed us, checked us in, directed us, and brought us what we needed immediately. She did not hesitate to remind us that she would be on duty until 11:00pm, and we should not hesitate to come to the desk or call. She was just exactly what a hotel needs at the front desk. (June 7, 7:00pm)

Loved the outdoor seating and gathering places. Breakfast was ok but it’s perfect if you are playing at Grand Park.

IF for no other reason, come to this hotel Mon -Weds, sit around the island and hang out with Mary. You will never meet another person in hospitality that knows what the word means as she does. Rooms are always clean, the staff is always pleasant and the coffee is always fresh!

I stayed at this property for a business trip. I always try to attend the social hours if I can. I typically don’t chat with other guests during these, but I ended up sticking around and talking. Mary, one of the sales team members, served the drinks & food. She provided a welcoming environment for the guests and fostered an opportunity to get to know the others who were staying. I was able to meet some pretty interesting and cool people!
