To be fair for this review I had checked in online through my IHG App. The amenities points were dispersed prior to my checking in.

Clean, safe environment in downtown INDY. This stay was for the INDY 500. Based on every hotel within 60 miles being sold out for months this hotel was perfect! No hassle check in, parking and above all the 3 rooms I booked were all clean and ready upon checking in. No complaints!

The service was excellent, room was clean and spacious, bed was very comfortable, body wash in shower was good. Didn't expect a full size refrigerator and dish washer in the room along with a stove. The location of the hotel was great for what we had going on that weekend. Thanks .

Location is very convenient to much of the area and the hotel itself is very nice. The parking situation is a bit much. Very small lot in the rear and if that's not available, there is a garage that is charging you $25 to park.

The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast hours were reasonable with multiple good options. This is a great place to stay in Indy, especially if you’re going to be there for a few nights. I’ll certainly stay here again when I’m in town.

Two Bedroom Suite was a Perfect Accommodation

Our stay at the Staybridge was excellent overall! The two bedroom suite worked out great for us! The suite was large enough for 4 adults and two kiddos to spread out. Very clean with comfortable beds minus the pillows. I do not sleep well on super soft pillows but everyone us in my group seemed to sleep well. The adults enjoyed the Social Hour and the kids loved the pool/hottub.

I do not feel like we should have to pay for parking during the week unless there is a specific event going on...but it didn't make us not want to stay there bc of that. It was in perfect range of the Children's Museum. The morning receptionist recommended two breakfast places for us (we missed the free breakfast at the hotel) and we ended up at Yolk. Excellent place for brunch, very close to the hotel and Museum!

Hotel stay was great, husband loved the breakfast and free drinks at night during our stay. Hotel was clean and literally smelled clean! This was a major plus for my clean freak self. ( I wipe light switches and handles down in hotels and this hotel passed the test!)
