We have gone on a vacation two other times this summer and had terrible hotel experiences. I wish I would’ve known about Staybridge Hotels before! We have a family of 5 and basic hotel rooms are just not enough space! This place had room for everyone to have their own space and not be on top of each other. The breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.

The space was great but I had to do some light housekeeping before allowing my partner into the suite, he has bad allergies. Floors needed to be mopped and surfaces needed to be wiped over with disinfectants but overall, decent.
The shower pressure was great! Having a microwave and fridge were very convenient.
The bed was amazing but I didn't sleep well. There was a locked door in my room that I had no access to and my mind runs wild most times, lol!
Comfortable room and bed.

This was my first visit, and I was very impressed. I would definitely look for Staybridge hotels as my first-choice hotel. I was definitely won over by the home like atmosphere of my room.

my spouse and mine's 6 year wedding anniversary was soon and we were looking for a nice, inexpensive place to spend it. this fit the bill perfectly. the room was perfect for the 2 of us, and the ironing board, hair dryer, and mini kitchen all came in handy. the pool was the perfect size and temperature and breakfast was always hot. we had a great weekend.

Up tMy family and I come to Chicago at least once a year and we usually stay in this area. The last time we stayed at an IHG hotel a mile or so up the road and although the hotel room was spacious it was inconvenient as the hotel had one microwave forte entire building so we decided to stay at Staybridge. I love this hotel the staff is nice it includes breakfast a workout room and indoor pool and not far at all from shopping in any direction. The beds are quite comfortable and make you want to sleep all day. There is also a beautiful courtyard with seating and gas grills if you’d like to grill lunch or dinner for yourself and your family. We definitely plan on staying here again on our next visit.

The breakfast was beyond undesirable. The set up was weird, there was not enough space for guests to get around each other. My husband drank curdled chocolate milk. He thought it tasted weird so he dumped in a bowl. It was super gross. Beside the breakfast it was very nice.

I travel a lot and experience a lot of hotels.
This hotel is like a family. All employees work for the customer.
I hope you get compliments on this part.
Among them, I would like to particularly praise an employee named Nathaly.
Nathaly always treats me with a smile. When I need something, she doesn't hesitate to take care of it right away. And she feeds the birds outside the hotel, rain or snow.
When I have a hard time, I go out alone and see birds. This part always gives me a lot of strength.
I think she deserves praise not only in this hotel but also anywhere.
Please give her a compliment.

The suite itself was spacious and comfortable. The hotel was mostly clean and the staff was attentive and approachable. The cleaning of the rooms could use a little more attention as there was an old bathing suit left in one of the bathrooms and ice cream left in the freezer from a previous user.

Arrived really early and the gentlemen if by chance they had a room ready so we could unpack before meeting family. He was very accommodating and proceeded to find us a room. Very nice, no attitude. Location was nice, corporate park it is located in is mostly empty so not a lot of traffic. Hotel was mostly quite during our week stay. Would stay here again
