The girl at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. Good sense of humor and very knowledgeable. The room felt a lot more modern than most Hotels with their 80's vibe. I loved this place. I was only here for business but would 100% book a vacation in one of your locations.

Poor recognition of platinum elite status. Bedspread was gummy and sticky. Unit not ready, found frozen hand towel in freezer. Kleenex almost empty, maybe 5/6 tissues left. Rosie at social hour was vey helpful. Good breakfast variety but poor orange juice quality, also bad coffee flavor in room or for breakfast. . Great service from Gentleman at breakfast. Front deskķ. Front desk and other staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel owner courteous but not so warm and friendly.

I've been to a few hotels and this one is by the far the best since we've have 5 kids traveling with us. Separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a plus. I love that there's an actual fridge so i can store my foods and drinks. Love the kitchen because it's easier to cook food right there in the morning and eat before we go do activities instead of trying to find a restaurant.

Everyone I interacted with on staff was extremely friendly and helpful - notably more so than most places I've stayed. The staff were enthusiastic in decorating and hosting the Halloween social and check in and out was easy and pleasant. The room was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the quiet and home like feeling. We were on a staycation and it was good to know we could cook in the room if we chose not to go out to eat. The bed was very comfortable, making it hard to get out of bed in the morning.

I do not have much to say, it was a fine experience and I did not require anything more than what was provided. The breakfast was adequate and hotel staff was friendly and willing to accommodate asks.

We needed a place to stay while our floors were refinished. We had a pleasant time, enjoyed the pool, and hung out while the chemicals cleared in our home. Very comfortable and people were nice.

Spacious room and loved having a kitchen. Could have used a skillet and hand towels on the kitchen. Bathroom towels were soft, bedding was great! Comfy!
Toilet leaked and refilled often causing me to wake up frequently. I did report to staff. Bathroom is outdated and due for a remodel, but was decent for age of property.
