I stayed at this Staybridge location during inclement weather so that I was closer to my job. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were grounds keepers that were icing the sidewalks when I arrived so that it was safe for everyone that was on the grounds. The rooms were spacious and had wonderful amenities. I will be using this chain of hotels again when traveling with my family if there is one available in the area we are visiting.

This is my second time staying at this property and I absolutely LOVED IT! The price of my suite was very affordable, the customer service was top tier, and the quality of the room and cleanliness was top tier as well! I also felt very safe. I stayed here because of the snow storm and when my car got stuck in the snow, one of the workers at the hotel shoveled my car out, so that I could go to work. I didn't get any names, but I definitely recommend this property as a 10/10 to anyone looking for a place to stay.

My family and I arrived later than expected. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. We were welcomed with a smile and made the checking process quick and easy. When we got into our room we were very surprised by how well it was maintained and clean it was. The beds were very comfortable.

We were in town for medical reasons. I reserved the room for my sister-in-law, who traveled all the way from Texas to offer support. She said that her stay was excellent. Much appreciated!

The hotel itself is great but the front desk and maintenance do not communicate and are very rude in situations. Breakfast is great .

This was the second time that we have stayed at this Staybridge, and both times everything was awesome. The staff was always so nice, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was great. The games and kids activities, and the outdoor courtyard are awesome perks. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean and well decorated, the breakfast was delicious and had many options and the staff are there for any questions but leave you alone until needed. The check in process was fast and the check out process even faster and the housekeeping were efficient and very organized

This is the first time that I have been disappointed with an IHG stay…..my stay was anything but enjoyable…had to ask for towels the first day of check in…..bath tub leaked in the corner…I believe I had the smallest room in the hotel….diamond elite member ..was really disappointed….room was finally cleaned but still had to go back down stairs to ask for towels again…not a good experience at all

Hotel location is perfect with many restaurants nearby even in the thanksgiving week. Staff were very friendly but many did not understand English. Rooms were big, clean though the tile in kitchen needed a better cleaning job. Food was more than average and we especially enjoyed the social time Mon/Tue/Wed night. Thanks.
