More than 3 times each day I would have to get my room key card reset. This is extremely annoying especially if you are trying to access or leave the private car park. The staff said it may be becuase my phone was in contact with the card. I made sure they didn't even come close, but it still kept happening.
If it wasn't for this, it would be 5 stars.

Everything was nice about this property. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They even upgraded our room which was a very nice touch! The evening social hour with drinks and snacks was a nice treat. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good along with the breakfast service. Overall, an excellent stay and I'd highly recommend this Staybridge Suites.

Had excellent experience staying in the Staybridge Suites in Liverpool…. Accommodation was superb… very clean and with a great view… Staff were very hospitable and obliging…

Quiet location on the docks but walking distance to shops and restaurants. Room has benefit of kitchen. Everything in room was spotlessly clean. Good breakfast and 24/7 coffee machine. Friendly and helpful staff.

Overall, this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in! Really lovely staff, so clean and having the fridge, dishwasher, microwave etc. is a huge bonus. Fabulous location for a visit to this lovely city and the bed... I had the best nights sleep I've had for quite some time. The fact that breakfast is complimentary and was delicious, well that's the icing on the cake! We will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at the Staybridge Inn and overall, it was a pleasant experience. Here's a breakdown of my stay:
Room Comfort (4/5): The room I stayed in was quite nice and provided a cozy atmosphere. The bed was particularly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.
Bathroom (4/5): The bathroom in my room was spacious and immaculately clean. I appreciate the attention to cleanliness and the ample space for toiletries.
Wi-Fi (5/5): One pleasant surprise was the quality of the Wi-Fi. It worked flawlessly throughout my stay, which is a big plus for those who need a reliable internet connection for work or entertainment.
Breakfast (4/5): The included breakfast was hearty and satisfying. It had a decent variety of options, catering to different tastes and dietary preferences. It's a good way to kickstart your day.
Parking (3/5): Unfortunately, the parking situation at Staybridge Inn was a bit of a letdown. It seems that the parking area might not be designed to accommodate all the guests, as it was often quite crowded. Finding a parking spot was a bit of a hassle, especially during peak hours. I'd recommend arriving early or being prepared for a bit of a walk from the parking lot to your room.
In conclusion, Staybridge Inn offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall. If they could improve their parking situation, it would make the experience even better. Nonetheless, I'd still consider staying here again for the quality of the rooms, amenities, and service.

we stayed for 2 nights recently and enjoyed our stay. the room was large enough and very comfortable. the breakfast we thought was a little understaffed but the staff on duty were excellent. we will definitely stay again and recommend to friends

Great location and great concept so that you can feel looked after without feeling followed! Rooms are lovely, in room facilities great. The Chesney fridge I have ever seen away from home!

Great location, comfortable, helpful and friendly staff, well equipped gym. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, needs updating (typical hotel eggs/bacon/sausage, cereal, pastries etc)

A home from homecexperience with helpful staff, but the entertainment systems in the rooms need urgently updating, to keep these services relevant to modern needs. It should be possible to stream content to the TVs in these rooms, currently it is not possible!
Clean and spacious rooms which are well equipped.

No visit from housekeeping unfortunately brought the experience down but generally a good stay.
