Excellent staff, location, breakfast was amazing, very clean, location on the dock was super, 24hr reception was staffed.

I'd rate the stay as 4/5. I booked a wheelchair accessible room with wetroom. The wetroom was what let it down. The sink is too close to the toilet making it difficult to transfer from my wheelchair onto toilet. The pull down arm is set back, not flush with the toilet which means it's too short to use plus the arm itself was not very secure and wobbled when I tried to put my weight on it to stand. The pull down shower seat was also loose fitting on the wall so didn't use it. The chrome hand rails around the shower head were covered in a chalky build up from water (see photos) There should be a shelf to put your toiletries on. The whole wetroom was a bit shabby and worn. Duvet cover was ripped badly.
Hotel is in a great location for the Arena and Albert dock.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choice.

The location of the suites is excellent, with easy access to the ACC and Albert Dock and a short walk to the centre of Liverpool. The rooms are spacious, airy and well equipped they were also immaculately clean. I slept really well. The breakfast and evening social were a welcome bonus

Another great value weekend stay at this property. Ideal location and convenient for a Liverpool shopping and eating trip.
Staff very polite and helpful from the start.
Housekeeping very thoughtful and helpful.
Food was good quality at breakfast but not a lot of hot food at busy times. Staff worked hard to replenish. Only gripe is the use of comfy chairs and lounge style furniture around restaurant. People sit and stay way beyond having their breakfast probably because of the comfort element and therfore it becomes dificult to find anywhere to sit in the restaurant

The staff were very friendly, generally helpful and good at their jobs. The room was well kitted out and it generally suited our purpose. However a room on the other side facing the wharf and away from the noise of Comic Com would have been helpful.
However the main down side was although I am not disabled I do have a pacemaker which limits my mobility. We booked this stay because it had onsite car parking which we have used before. On arrival we were told the car park was full and we were directed not to the adjacent car park which is contract only but to the main car park some hundreds of yards away.. I fully understand it was a busy weekend because of the LFC match (which we were attending) and Comic Con which we were not attending. I also understand you have limited on site car parking but if we had known or been forewarned we might have stayed elsewhere. It is I am sad to say a potential issue for us when choosing where to stay on our next visit to this fabulous city.

One of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept in, so comfortable!
Room too hot though, temp should be lower than 18degrees at night time!
Breakfast was tasty, staff were lovely and friendly.

As an IHG Diamond Ambassador, I recently stayed at the Staybridge Suites Liverpool, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the team went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Special thanks to the Operations Manager, whose attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction truly set the tone for my visit.
The suite was spacious, immaculately clean, and exceptionally comfortable – perfect for a relaxing stay. The Social Hour was a real highlight, with complimentary drinks and refreshments, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was a lovely opportunity to unwind and connect with other guests, a touch that truly sets Staybridge apart. The breakfast spread was equally impressive, offering a wide range of quality options to start the day.
A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff, who were not only friendly but incredibly attentive, ensuring every aspect of my stay was smooth and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone visiting Liverpool and will certainly be returning in the future.

We had a fantastic couple of nights at the Staybridge Suites, Liverpool. The room was immaculate and had everything you need including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge. An iron, with ironing board, hairdryer and all the usual hotel room amenities.
The staff were excellent and very friendly from the reception to the cleaners and catering team.
The breakfast was delicious with buffet style hot and cold options (Full English, cereals, pastries, cheese and meats).
We were especially impressed and surprised by the complimentary drinks and nibbles (cheese, biscuits, hummus, pate etc)
The location was also great with plenty of nice bars/restaurants around the docks and only a short walk into the middle of Liverpool. 15mins to Mathew Street and the Cavern Club. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here again!

This facility is near many food options and sites to see within easy walking distance. Room had plenty of space, good facilities and quiet at night. Would have liked a few more choices for breakfast.

We stayed at this property in October 2024 and it more than met our expectations. It is in a good location but the big selling point is the excellent staff. Friendly, professional and helpful when required.
The hotel was in a good, well maintained condition and the rooms are well equipped if you didn't wish to go out for meals. Yge hotel was clean and tidy.
