Very comfortable and welcoming stay. Ambiance with amenities made it feel like home. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free laundry really made my prolonged stay easier to maneuver.

In general, this is a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. It completely served my purpose of having a good place to sleep. The room had small problems that did not interfere with stay that hotel management should not allow to happen, simply because functional items are not checked on a regular basis. They depend on customers to report them. Most hotels have this problem. The breakfast is adequate, but could be better. Scrambled eggs are made from a liquid mix which simply are not very good. Sausage was microwaved instead of cooked. They did have a good assortment and kept it well stocked.

First time staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower. The lobby provided plenty of room for our team to get together before headed out. Look forward to returning

Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. Terrific breakfast - many options. Friendly staff. We very much enjoyed our stay here and will return if we come through the area again.

This was our first time staying here and we were impressed when we walked in. There were no weird smells upon entering. We were greeted w/friendly down the earth staff. The lobby is inviting and open. Several places for you to sit and relax. Although, we didn't take advantage of this but they had an area of games for families to play. Not one place was dirty. Our room was clean. Like really clean! The space was inviting and relaxing. We plan on reserving a room at Staybridge during our next visit.

I took my sister to visit her grandson who lives in Longview for a long weekend visit, he absolutely loved his entire time there, he loved the pool and the weight room, he got to drink caffine free coffee, and just loved the spacious suite, we got the two bedroom, two bath suite and it had all the comforts of home. I got a room to myself and the grandson and my sister (his gran) got the other bedroom with two full beds, it as a wonderful stay and the staff made us feel so welcome. I am completely sold on Staybridge, it was super excellent.
My husband is very sick and I took him home to see his family

We were very comfortable in this hotel. My husband sleeps a lot, so the setup of the suite was perfect. The handicap bathroom was a must with the bars. Only issue I had was the width of the shower. I had water everywhere.

Great stay! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The 3-night/week happy hour is a great alternative to having to go out to eat. The beds are extraordinarily comfortable. I will be going back.
