Not willing to work with us to get the room ready earlier lady at the desk was very rude would not work with us and they also did not recognize my diamond membership

The location was very close to the Walmart AMP venue. Close eating and shopping was another plus of the location. Room was nice and rooming however we had to wait for hot water to shower along with the cleaning lady just came in the room without knocking.

This was a great experience! We travel a lot and know how some hotels are average and below. This one stands out from the rest! The beds are very comfortable and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The property is very clean and well maintained. We had a very pleasant and quiet stay! We will be back!

I have already explained this in two separate places so far I’m not going to do it again. I will stay someplace else next time where there’s an ice machine and water pressure to shower with. Also hot food for breakfast would be great.
We had a comfortable bed in a very quiet room.

We expected there to be heavy freeway noise as our room backed up to a six-lane expressway. However, the room was quiet and provided a comfortable sleeping experience. Trees on the property both dampened the noise and provided a nice view from the windows

My stay could have been better if the luggage cart had decent wheels, one was nearly flat. Also, we didn't have hot water around 11pm. The main entrance needs a dedicated pick up/drop off area - a few cars lined up will block in the adjacent vehicles in their parking spots. The breakfast was good except the eggs, tasted a bit off - not real eggs or must have been some generic imitation junk.

I would have to say that it was a very nice room, with a very comfortable bed, and even the furniture was comfortable to sit on. It was a very quiet and nice atmosphere.

This was an excellent place to stay. The beds were really comfy, and the rooms were really clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly. I love the location. And the location is really close to several restaurants.

Upon my check in there were a few issues that arose. Mr Guzman was very polite and professional. The issues were completely resolved in a timely manner. Even a day later, Guzman called me by name. He had a good memory. I would reserve another stay here.

Great location, get out and go find food down the road, evening social is not worth it compared to the food choices around.

The staff are amazing. Very friendly and helpful and make arrival and stay much more pleasant. The rooms are very clean and the beds amazingly comfortable. The breakfasts have always been good and the afternoon social gatherings are a great way to come back to the hotel after a long day of meetings/ work to kick back and relax.
