Great location, the room was clean and cozy. Staff was attentive and very helpful, my granddaughter especially loved the swimming pool and spa!

I stay with IHG hotels 100% of the time. This is one of the nicest, newest, cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The location near shopping and restaurants cannot be beat. The rooms are excellent. Shower was wonderful with perfect water pressure. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was superb. I have zero complaints. I stay in IHG hotels 60-90 nights per year. This is one of the best I’ve EVER stayed in. Perfection.

We stayed here at the end of our Christmas break. George at the desk and the rest of the staff were really awesome! The room was great and the whole experience was a wonderful. Thanks to everyone for such a nice visit!

I had high hopes for this property, but was disappointed in just about everything. Room was not attended to, soap dispenser empty, breakfast cold. A Plus was that the hotel offer a kitchen and a sitting area. Beds were comfortable and location was good. Another plus is that the hotel offer free washer and dryer but the dryers did not dry well.

Excellent service, quiet hotel. This property is one of my favorites. Close to numerous amenities, great restaurants. The manager does an awesome job. Very clean. No an unfriendly staff member on sight. Thank you for letting us know that customer service is not a lost art.

Was really impressed with how well this property was maintained and the size of the rooms! Inside and outside the property was well kept. The breakfast was great! The location was ideal.

Felt the hosts were polite and helpful. Room was clean and well layed out. The food was well planned and nicely layed out. Felt comfortable there with my kids. A clock in the pool area would be nice !

I would definitely recommend this hotel. Having a hot tub outside and snow falling was a really great experience. I also liked the fact that the bedroom and living room had a door separate which made the space feel even bigger.

This is one of the best IHG properties that I have stayed at. Hotel is newer, suite concept is very accommodating, breakfast and social hour food/beverage offerings were great, we slept like a king and queen, loved the free laundromat at the hotel, clean and relaxing pool and hot tub, clean hotel with many amenities to enjoy, close to shopping and great dining, the almost full kitchen is a real plus, and the hotel staff could not be any nicer or professional.

It was good experience but I think the sister hotel I way better. I like the gym and breakfast, stuff was nice, fridge in the room didn't work so they moved me to another room, not enough channels in TV, only 2 kid's channels so that suck especially if u have kid's, social hours suck,lady did not want to serve anything else then wine and appetizer super small and run out before time to close. Overall okay.
