Very happy with the check in clerk and our room accommodations. I will definitely book this room again. When traveling with a family, I highly recommend the 2BR, 2BA room. Great family experience.

THIS HOTEL HAS A UNIQUE FEEL OF HOME THE MOMENT YOU WALK IN. THE FRONT DESK STAFF ARE ALL VERY FRIENDLY. BOTH THE MANAGER TERESA AND THE SALES MANAGER NICOLE ARE BOTH SO FRIENDLY AND WILL GO ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH EVERY GUEST. PLEASE STAY HERE IF YOU HAVEN'T BEFORE, IT'S WELL WORTH IT.

I stayed at this property for a week while working at the United States postal service in Indianapolis. This hotel was very clean and would recommend it to anyone.

From the moment of check in the front desk lady was rude . When asked for trash left over she told me not her job just to bag it up and bring it down
When asked for coffee told me not her job just come down to get it
When my food arrived via delivery it say on the desk no call to the room and was told it wasn’t her job either to call for the room .
Over all just disrespectful and dissatisfied with the events of staying in the establishment

Upon arrival we were recognized as reward members and was upgraded to a suite. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff got me fresh fruit in evening as there was none to purchase. Pool was clean and maintained. Felt as me and my family were safe no matter where we were on the premises. Recommend this place and I will be staying here whenever in the area.

I have stayed at this property many times. Always a pleasant experience. The last trip I had a couple issues with AC and ice. The employee Christina went above and beyond to help including bringing me a bag of ice. Great place great people.

We love this hotel,this was the 1st year we were able to attend the Christkindlmarkt which was only 15 minutes away.The hotel,rooms,pool area and staff are wonderful. I had an issue about our checkin points and Teresa was hands on and handle the issue immediately,she had such a wonderful personality😊

Great place! Love social hour. Very home away from home kind of place! Love the fire pit in the middle of the hotel area. Breakfast was very good. The pool and the hot tub are plus always when staying at a hotel!!

great feel at home place to stay. Love to stay here for the week while in indy for work. Love the nightly snacks and drinks. Customer service is excellent. Love the courtyard with firepits to have a glass of wine to wind down
