Arriving in the afternoon after a long journey, the calm and peaceful environment of the hotel is providing immediate relaxation. We had dinner as well as breakfast at the hotel, all with delicious dishes and fresh ingredients. The friendly staff completed a prefect stay. This hotel is highly recommended for both business as leisure, given all available amenities.

Highly recommended HI - and nowadays even a resort !
Several areas are renovated and it is a challenge children friendly hotel. Worth to stay with your family.

Professional staff, everyone used dual language or more. From front desk, chefs, bartenders, house keeping and maintenance crew. They all did an amazing job to make the stay great.

Third or fourth time at this hotel and best stay so far.
What was great:
- Clean, comfy and upgraded room with a nice edible and drinkable surprise on check-in
- breakfast
- children avtivities programme
- polite and efficient staff
- general area of the hotel and around - perfect especially when the wheather is good
- New Balinese Spa - real treat
- decent gym facilities.
- free bicycles and parking for members.
Room for improvement:
- Dinner buffet was average, I would recommend a'la carte because the quality of food is good yet something is missing to be great...
Overall the hotel is very much recommended.
