We were on a totally unplanned vacation that happened to choose this as one of the stops along the way, this was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. The room was very accommodating and the pool and hot tub were so relaxing.

Great space, clean, comfy, loved the shower. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Will definitely look to stay at a staybridge again.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to the outlet mall. Would recommend to friends to stay, and would stay here again.

When we walked into our it felt like home…comfortable, clean & cozy. We had a great stay. We would highly recommend Staybridge Suites.

The front desk person was rude to me at check in. I had requested 4 extra pillows & 2 sheets to be bought up to my room due to I needed it for my surgery I just had. He said wait here & left & bought back 2 pillows & sheets, I told him I needed help & more pillows he refused & argued with me then said “if you don’t like it you can leave & go stay somewhere else” in the morning the breakfast was horrible they were mixing old eggs with fresh eggs not even cleaning or changing the pans out. One of the breakfast ladies was just standing there leaning up against the wall not even cleaning or barely listening to the guest. Lastly when I checked out the front seat didn’t even seem to care about how poorly I was treated. I that basically barely got sleep at all because I slept in a chair due to I couldn’t sleep in the bed due to the surgery & not getting enough pillows to help. I was expecting some type or compassion & understanding but they didn’t seem to care. Me & my family felt unwelcome & unwanted.

Separate living area is appreciated. The room wasn’t as clean as it could be but it was fairly clean. Pillows were not the greatest.

Check in was a joke. Staff canceled my reservation without even reaching out to me. Blantly lied to my face. Never again will I be staying or dealing with this hotel!

Enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was very busy and crowded. Food was in small area. Could be spread out a little.
Poor customer service from Miracle

Miracle has a really bad attitude. She should not be on the front lines of working in hospitality dealing with the public! Danielle was nice, the ppl that handle the breakfast they were nice as well! However Miracle was rude and also called police on guest b4 having indulging in conversation. Her first instinct was call police on guest. Thankfully the situation didn’t escalate.
