I can't express enough how amazing our experience was. The hotel was not only immaculate and comfortable but also had a team that went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.
A special mention goes to the staff who helped my mom retrieve her wedding ring, which she had accidentally left behind. Their dedication and attention to detail in finding and returning such a precious item were truly heartwarming.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a wonderful stay with a team that truly cares about its guests.

Everything was nice as always. My only complaint was that it was a bit noisy at night (our room faced a buy road) and there weren't enough tables in the dining area so we had to sit on a sofa or take our food to our room.

First thing I notice every time I walk in the building is how clean it smells and the friendly staff accommodating us.complimentary breakfast is outstanding and rooms are always clean and comfortable for my family.

I have been coming to this hotel for at least 5 years or more it’s comfortable and beautiful! THE BAD EXPERIENCE FOR ME ONCE AGAIN OVER 5 TIMES IS THE MEAN RUDE AGGRESSIVE OVER THE TOP LADY THAT WORKS THE BREAKFAST BUFFET! WHEN MY FAMILY AND I WALKED IN SHE USED BAD LANGUAGE IN THE BACKROOM WE ALL HEARD HERE. MY GRAND DAUGHTER SPILLED HER ORANGE JUICE ON THE FLOOR WE PUT DOWN PAPER TOWELS AND SHE HAD MADE IT A BIG DEAL , SHE MADE A BIG SCENE!! WE EXCHANGED WORDS. JUST RIDICULOUS. SHE IS SO MEAN AND RUDE.

Very nice hotel. They've done a huge remodel since last time i stayed here. The
new beds are very comfortable, nice new couches are too. The hotel looks great and the amenities are really worth it. However when I checked in, the guy behind the desk asked me if I used to live in Lincoln or ever have before and I said no. Then he asked what i was doing in Lincoln and I told him why and that it was just for 1 night and then I'd be headed back out. I asked why he wanted to know these things and he said "just curious", but in an almost creepy way. Seemed a little weird to me. Not like he was trying to make small talk, he was asking in a way that felt really odd and uncomfortable. Other than that, very nice hotel!

The hotel is clean and customer service great. I didn't have any problems other than breakfast could have had more variety. There was a stain on the floor but that's not a deal breaker for me. I love that it has a kitchen, my coffee pot didn't work but they had coffee downstairs so not that big of a deal fur me. I would definitely recommend.
