Loved the downstairs space. Game room was perfect for hanging out with family and patio was spot on for a bit of sunshine. Staff was very accommodating as we needed to upgrade room as well as extend and they made it very easy! Will stay again!

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast has gotten better than it used to be. I have had only 1 bad experience with this hotel and it was in 2022. The person that was very unprofessionaly luckily is no longer there and I am comfortable staying at this hotel again.

We have difficulty finding a room to accommodate our family, and this hotel met our needs. We are a party of three with one in our party being a wheelchair user. Many hotels only have a king bed with our need of a roll-in shower. Staybridge offered a king bed along with a pull-out sofa AND a roll-in shower. Breakfast was AWESOME!

Very comfortable and welcoming stay. Ambiance with amenities made it feel like home. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Free laundry really made my prolonged stay easier to maneuver.

In general, this is a very nice, clean, and comfortable hotel. It completely served my purpose of having a good place to sleep. The room had small problems that did not interfere with stay that hotel management should not allow to happen, simply because functional items are not checked on a regular basis. They depend on customers to report them. Most hotels have this problem. The breakfast is adequate, but could be better. Scrambled eggs are made from a liquid mix which simply are not very good. Sausage was microwaved instead of cooked. They did have a good assortment and kept it well stocked.

Nothing bad to say. Everything was perfect. I will continue to stay here when I’m working in Longview.

First time staying at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the shower. The lobby provided plenty of room for our team to get together before headed out. Look forward to returning

Esta fue la primera vez que nos alojamos aquí y quedamos impresionados cuando entramos. No había olores extraños al entrar. Nos recibieron con un personal amable y práctico. El vestíbulo es acogedor y abierto. Varios lugares para sentarse y relajarse. Aunque no aprovechamos esto, tenían un área de juegos para que jugaran las familias. Ningún lugar estaba sucio. Nuestra habitación estaba limpia. ¡Como realmente limpio! El espacio era acogedor y relajante. Planeamos reservar una habitación en Staybridge durante nuestra próxima visita.
