Great staff- The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Location- We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go.
Accommodations- As soon as you walk into registration, it feels homey. Lots of seating, games and corn hole are available in the lobby. The rooms are comfortable and roomy. Beds are comfy.
Will definitely stay here again

Great beds , large room, large bathroom, workout bands and exercise ball was a nice surprise. Great location, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars.

The staff was outstanding. They were extremely friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They remembered our names and greeted us consistently.
The breakfast was included and by far the best breakfast and value.
Unpleasant Experience at Even Hotel

I booked Hotel Even in Pittsburgh over the phone, where I was promised a free upgrade to a premium room and a waived $50 pet fee for my puppy. Upon arrival, none of these promises were honored. The front desk admitted that phone bookings are outsourced and overpromise to secure reservations—complete fraud! The room was filthy, with pet hair all over the floor, and lacked basic amenities like a microwave or water. The photos are highly deceptive, and there was no manager on duty to address our concerns. This was my annual birthday vacation, and it was completely ruined. I demand a full refund for this terrible experience. Avoid this hotel at all costs—there are far better options in the area!

Great location friendly staff & quiet despite being right down town. Enjoyed ping pong & restaurant. Parking was steep at $29 but hotel lower rate offset

Overall was a ok stay! Bathroom was really dirty for some reason and no shampoo or conditioner luckily we brought back up lol. There was sticky stuff along the shelf by the TV, I only know because I stuck my phone in it by accident . But great staff and awesome location. Inside view is not the best so grab a city view if available .

The room was nice. Had workout equipment which was unexpected we didn’t use it but cool to see. The room had nice lighting. Although Housekeeping knocked a lot before check out. I guess we should’ve used a do not disturb

We were pleasantly surprised for our trip hotel was convenient and had many food choices close by! We did try to get food and drink one night it was busy but no one ever came to get our order we left as we had dinner reservations however everything else was fantastic.

Every time I visit Pittsburgh, I only stay at the EVEN hotel. I love when I need a little getaway to get my work done for my business, this will always be my to-go-to. The breakfast is truly amazing! I can’t wait to come back and visit!
