Great Property and Location But.......

The property's location is great for the Venue we attended. Room amenities are also great. However, and I say this loud and clear: do not stay in room 114! Upon arrival, we were told that it was the only room available, or we would have to wait a couple of hours. Room 114 is right next to the elevator and entrance to the hallway, and all other first-floor rooms are located in that corridor. Housekeeping uses this elevator first thing in the morning as well. and the noise from upstairs was almost unbearable.
Again, the property itself was great, and the staff was helpful, but do not stay in room 114.
Great service informative check in and check out.

The room was excellent. Clean all amenities needed for the week. Quite and peaceful. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Will use this location again and recommend to co workers friend and family.

Necesitábamos una habitación para la noche de Navidad en algún lugar cercano para visitar a los nietos. No conocíamos bien la zona, así que hice la reserva basándome en el precio y la ubicación. Había dicho que me gustaría un piso bajo si es posible. Nos registramos para dejar nuestras cosas antes de regresar a la casa de nuestro hijo y nos recibió una recepcionista muy amable. Siendo el día de Navidad, no parecía demasiado ocupado. Nos dio una habitación en la planta baja y nos explicó todas las servicios y actividades. La suite era muy bonita. Cocina completa, sofá cama, cama de matrimonio y muy limpio. La nuestra fue solo una noche, así que realmente no necesitamos todo lo que se ofrece. Después de un día con los nietos, me tiré en la cama y dormí como un bebé. Disfrutamos del desayuno ofrecido antes de hacer el registro de salida. Definitivamente regresaré y me convertiré en un socio de recompensas con eso en mente. Muy satisfecho.

NO recomendaría esta propiedad a ningún huésped potencial, ya que fue una de las peores experiencias que he tenido en un hotel. No se proporcionó servicio de habitación durante mi estancia, dejando botes de basura llenos de basura y una ENORME pila de toallas en el piso del baño. Fui a la recepción todos los días para preguntar sobre el servicio de habitación y para obtener sábanas limpias.
Cuando me fui, el socio del personal de recepción se negó a darme un recibo por los cargos de mi habitación .
¡NUNCA volveré a estancia en esta propiedad !

I was so extremely overwhelmed with gratitude bc I need to do some unexpected laundry when we checked in the hotel and I was so pleased to see that the laundry was FREE!! And when I walked in to do my laundry everything was extremely clean! I was so thankful for this bc this was unexpected

Este ha sido, de lejos, uno de los MEJORES hoteles Staybridge en los que me he alojado. Las reuniones sociales de lunes a miércoles son las mejores. Siempre una variedad de comida excelente y Megan está a la altura con su hospitalidad, amabilidad y excelente comida. ¡Chasity ha creado un excelente personal en todo momento! Con ganas de volver.

Ubicado cerca de un centro comercial cercano, varios centros comerciales, un casino, una bolera. Cerca de varias empresas en diferentes industrias hacen de este un excelente lugar para estancia por muchas razones. Vine por negocios y me quedé también por diversión. Restauración en la zona le da mucho para elegir. El desayuno que se sirve en el hotel es bueno y es un excelente lugar para conocer a otros huéspedes. La piscina cubierta climatizada también es bastante agradable.
Gran hotel, lo recomiendo encarecidamente!

Esta fue una gran estancia en el hotel para mis dos hijos y para mí. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y servicial, y el registro fue muy fácil. Nuestra habitación era espaciosa y limpia, con dos camas en una habitación y un sofá / cama plegable en un área separada. El área está alejada de la autopista, por lo que es agradable y tranquila. El desayuno de gratuito fue excelente, con muchas opciones para todos nosotros. Estuve muy satisfecho con nuestra estancia y definitivamente regresaría cuando vuelva a la zona.

We stayed at a king bed 1 bedroom and the moment we walked into the room my 7 year old son said what is that smell. It smelled like wet carpet or something that was wet and didn't dry. It felt humid in the room so we turned on the AC right away.
We stayed for one night. So first the bathroom and bathroom area by the vanity had a lot of short hair all over the floor. It's like someone must have cut their hair. Second, the bathroom door panels had a lot of sticky residue on it. I think someone must have spilled something on it and the cleaners didn't clean it.nthird, in the bathroom, the bathroom door arch near the ceiling looked like it was rusting but it can't be rust because it was not metal. The door arch is all wood. But it was disgusting because the rust like liquid looked wet.
Lastly, we used the extra pillows in the zip up case stored in the closet. The pillow itself had spots of blood and looked dirty. It was not the pillow shame that was dirty but it was the pillow. The laundry folks must be blind to not see the blood spots.msee photos I'm including.
I have stayed at many stay bridge and the condition of the room has never been this horrible. I would never like my family to stay here again. I hope the owner or property management will ask the cleaners to look at the bathroom door. Very sticky and disgusting. It was room 319.
