We needed a room for Christmas night somewhere close to visit the grandchildren. We didn't know the area that well , so I made the reservation based on price and location. I had noted I would like a low floor if possible. We checked in to drop off our stuff before returning to our son's home and was greeted by a very sweet receptionist. Being Christmas day, it didn't appear too busy. She gave us a ground floor room and explained all the amenities and activities. The suite was very nice. Full kitchen, sofa bed, queen bed, and very clean. Ours was just an overnight so we really didn't need everything offered. After a day with the grandkids I fell into bed and slept like a baby. We enjoyed the breakfast offered before we checked out. Will definitely return and became a rewards member with that in mind. Very satisfied.

I would NOT recommend this property to any potential guests, as this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had staying at a hotel. No room services were provided during my stay, leaving trash cans full of trash and a HUGE pile of towels on the bathroom floor. I went to the front desk daily to inquire about room service and to get clean linens.
When I checked out the staff member at the front desk refused to provide me with a receipt for my room charges.
I will NEVER stay at this property again!

I was so extremely overwhelmed with gratitude bc I need to do some unexpected laundry when we checked in the hotel and I was so pleased to see that the laundry was FREE!! And when I walked in to do my laundry everything was extremely clean! I was so thankful for this bc this was unexpected

This has by far been one of the BEST Staybridge hotels I have stayed in. The socials Mon-Wed are the best. Always a variety of great food and Megan is on point with her hospitality, kindness and great food. Chasity has built a great staff throughout! Looking forward to coming back.

The staff were nice, food was really good. Just need to make sure that the sheets are clean so look before you crawl into bed.

Located to nearby shopping mall several strip malls, a casino, a bowling alley.Nearby several businesses in varying industties makes this a great place to stay for many reasons. I came for business and stayed for the fun too. Dining in the area gives you lots to choose from. The breakfast served onsite is good and a great place to meet the other guests. Indoor heated pool is also quite nice.

This was a great hotel stay for my two kids and I. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful and the check in was very easy. Our room was spacious and clean with two beds in one room and a couch/pull out bed in a separate area. The area is set away from the freeway so it is nice and quiet. The complimentary breakfast was great with lots of options for all of us. I was very pleased with our stay and would definitely return when in the area again.

We stayed at a king bed 1 bedroom and the moment we walked into the room my 7 year old son said what is that smell. It smelled like wet carpet or something that was wet and didn't dry. It felt humid in the room so we turned on the AC right away.
We stayed for one night. So first the bathroom and bathroom area by the vanity had a lot of short hair all over the floor. It's like someone must have cut their hair. Second, the bathroom door panels had a lot of sticky residue on it. I think someone must have spilled something on it and the cleaners didn't clean it.nthird, in the bathroom, the bathroom door arch near the ceiling looked like it was rusting but it can't be rust because it was not metal. The door arch is all wood. But it was disgusting because the rust like liquid looked wet.
Lastly, we used the extra pillows in the zip up case stored in the closet. The pillow itself had spots of blood and looked dirty. It was not the pillow shame that was dirty but it was the pillow. The laundry folks must be blind to not see the blood spots.msee photos I'm including.
I have stayed at many stay bridge and the condition of the room has never been this horrible. I would never like my family to stay here again. I hope the owner or property management will ask the cleaners to look at the bathroom door. Very sticky and disgusting. It was room 319.

Whenever my wife and I visit my Mother in N Cal from S Cal, we love to stay at this hotel. The location in beautiful Rockland is fantastic, and the surrounding area has plenty of great shopping and dining opportunities. The staff is professional, and the hotel has all the necessary amenities. This is our favorite place to stay of all the IHG hotels in the Sacramento area.

Very friendly with fast check in service. The accommodations are great for the price couldn’t ask for better. The rooms are spacious and clean. There is good parking and it’s free along with free WiFi, we will be back for a longer stay.
