The 2 room suite was very spacious and nicely appointed with kitchenette. The hotel was clean and quiet.

Upon check in, I asked the man at the front desk for any recommendations as far as bars/food in the area since I was from out of town and here for a few days. He told me he would ask other staff and get to me when he seen me later. Shortly after I received a text from an unknown number and it was the man from the front desk. I kept the conversation to a minimum since I was here do a few days and didn’t want issues, until he asked to come to my room later for drinks and asked if I was staying alone. I was initially going to report this once I checked out because I didn’t want any issues while staying, until I came back from being out and my key wouldn’t work and you could just push the door open. This raised concern and staff at the desk was notified. (I’ll leave her a separate review because she was wonderful) but my room was changed and the room was suppose to be blocked off. But the following morning staff called me and said they knew nothing of my situation and that my room was not going to be accommodated and I needed to pay for another night(after being told prior it would). The experience over all wasn’t what I expected and will not be returning to this location.

Staff are always friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and quiet. My favorite place to stay!

The hotel was clean and staff friendly. After a very late arrival and being exhausted, it turns out the door mechanism made it difficult to get in and out of the room. It took several minutes to get the door to open. Front desk was notified in hope that it will be fixed before someone else stays in the room.

Love Staybridge. Not all are the same. One in Seattle did not have Social Hour. Wish they had social hour 7 days a wedk.
Heater didn't work in room. Maintenance came up and fixed heat in one section of suite, but not the bedroom

Heater didn't work in the suite when I first arrived. I called front desk and maintenance came up and rigged up the heater in one room, but the heat still did not work in the bedroom. Broken closet door, with wood shims under it.

This is my first time staying at a staybridge hotel and I definitely recommend this place because they have such a great atmosphere. I like the social meeting in the evening.
Good Facility But Very Poor Front Desk Customer Service

Reserved a suite with a king bed. Room had a queen bed. Went to front desk and told by employee there it showed the room had a king bed. Offered her to come see for herself or look at the picture of the bed showing the size. She refused both. Obviously the hotel had many vacancies as parking lot was only 20% full but didn't offer to move me to an appropriate room. She had mentioned at check in she was tired and was getting ready to go off duty.
