Great stay, close to Port

I stayed here Pre-Cruise since it was close to the Port. Great location and I loved being able to see ships in port. Close walk to the beach and Jetty Park. The pool area with slides and hot tub were very nice. Spacious room with kitchen supplies provided. I had everything I needed. I am a female, solo traveler and felt very safe. It could be a bit noisy due to the echo of the outdoor hallways but nothing excessive.

The Resort is beautiful. Right on the beach where a tram car takes you from hotel to beach in minutes..check in wonderful and check out easy too
Not enough staff to open slides and lazy river every day. Young children in jacuzzi are not chaperone.
Great Room and location but staff in food areas needs work

Check in was great, rooms were great and there is so much fun stuff to do with the family. But the tiki bar staff and restaurant staff need some work. I felt like they knew they were already getting a tip added on to the bill and had I don't care attitudes. We are such happy people and so easy to communicate with. I was really bummed about that!

The hotel is okay. I do not recommend staying here for any special occasions. We were here for our honeymoon before our cruise, and they only gave us a free dessert at the overpriced restaurant after being told management would call us about doing something for us. We got a smaller room at check in for the same price because we wanted one bed and was told they only have 2 beds in the balcony rooms. Overall, the stay was okay, and I wouldn't suggest staying here in the future for the price to stay here.

We stayed here recently to be close to the cruise terminal for a departure the following morning. The reception was great, the room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable.

Had a family meet up with 3 suites and a fabulous time for adults and kids. We plane to return when we have more time. We were headed to a cruise and arrived from multiple states for two nights prior to boarding. 7 adults and 4 little kids. Pool and tram were hits!

One thing I didn’t like about this hotel is they don’t tell you the kind of room you’re in till you arrive. We were traveling with our grandson and wanted two beds, we got one king bed and a sofa sleeper. We had to close the sofa sleeper every day so we had somewhere to sit, it was kind of a hassle. The shower head was clogged some so it didn’t have very good water pressure. It’s a nice hotel with a lot to do and close to the beach, it even has a tram to the beach if you are in building one.

Located on the water. Not all rooms have water view. Main resturant was closed and limited food service. Bingo at the pool and miniature golf by the lobby were fun. Seating in room was very uncomfortable, need couple recliner chairs, and couch with couple recliner seats. Room was large, and clean. Kitchen was convenient and well stocked.

Decent space for swimming and the beach

Good location for the beach access and for rocket launch viewing. Rooms are spacious but the one bedroom room with 2 full beds and a queen pull out is tight for a family, especially with one bathroom and one small standing shower. It was nice to have a kitchen space to cook our own meals. Staff interactions were not great and the pool can be loud until 10pm if you're in building one. All kids crafts cost extra and the restaurant was closed during our stay so all food went through the bar restaurant which wasn't great especially since there's a minimum gratuity on food we were taking away. Lots of cruise boats are close by and can be quite loud early in the morning. Overall in pretty good condition but it needs a few updates in the common areas.
