about 1.4 km away from no. 11 subway of Nan Shan, 5 stops away from Railway station of Futian, can go Shenzhen Bei railway station by 1 stop of no. 11, and many stops of No. 5.

Excellent Stay in EVEN Shenzhen Nanshan

We had a wonderful stay in EVEN Shenzhen Nanshan! The room is comfortable and equipped with basic GYM equipment which we are able to do some work out in the room easily.
Although the hotel is a bit far from the subway station and not nearby the shopping mall; however, the hotel front desk staff are exceptional as they are so professional and proactively engaged with the customers.
The only thing that would make our stay much better which would be the TV channels. It would be nice if the hotel can add more international news & entertainment TV channels that would be much appreciated, such as TVB news, TVB Jade, HBO, Star Movies, Travel Channel, etc.
The room price is reasonable (about RMB$500 per night) given to the location, hotel facilities and the size of the rooms compared to other 5 stars hotel in Nanshan.
If you are looking for a hotel less expensive and like some work out in the hotel, here is the place for you!

逸衡酒店，正如其名：出差工作和生活的平衡。特别是床铺的安排，是我所住过酒店里最宽敞的、最舒适的床，充分体现了逸衡的宗旨，要在出差的旅途中保证休息好。
另外，房间里还安置了瑜伽垫等锻炼的设施，酒店的早餐非常健康而丰盛。
总之，逸衡会成为我以后旅途中经常的选择。

一开始现金预订了一晚深圳南山逸衡酒店，入住前碰巧遇到积分85折，用积分入住了两晚，休息得不错，外卖也有机器人送，非常满意。

I had a pleasant 3-night stay at EVEN hotel in Shenzhen nanshan. The hotel itself is stylish and has great vibe. I got upgraded to premium room which was spacious and clean, thanks to Kyle Chen. Also Hotel staffs are super friendly and they'd always greet us with smile.

Disappointed!!! Thought could spend a relaxing night at the rooftop bar.
Went up and ordered welcome drinks from their menu as members, but there were no Heineken or White Wine were available.
Ordered chicken wings and fried squid rings, but NO again.
Eventually, we left and went out for dinner. BTW, we had two other beers, but only took a sip , as we did not like them.

洗手间的卫生状况需要提升，根本就没怎么清理。中餐的西瓜也是变质的，有酸味，希望下次有提升，希望下次有提升，凑满50个字。
入住该酒店第一次就明显感觉硬件尚可服务有差距

第一次入住该酒店，感觉该酒店地理位置和硬件都属于在深圳尚可的等级。但是人员的管理尤其是服务沟通能力明显是我住过的洲际酒店中最差的一家。为了帮助该酒店提高服务水平，希望IHG可以公布本评价，如果只公布好的不公布差评，就失去了评价的意义了，要公正客观。谢谢！

从客观上讲此酒店硬件和卫生程度尚可，酒店地段位置也不错。但是酒店从前台到经理的沟通能力和态度非常不好，会给客人带来非常不好的入住体验，请IHG平台能够直面问题，并将该酒店的评论放上线以帮助酒店提高服务水平。如果只有好评公开，差评不公开就缺乏了对酒店的评价意义了。
