I have only one thing to say about our incredible stay at Guiyang. I'm a diamond member with already high standards. But this staff did such an amazing job it is going to be difficult for me to give 5 stars to another IHG hotel. They raised the bar. Special mention to Elaine Wu. I wish I remembered more of their names, but the whole staff was beyond outstanding. Thanks to them so much for a wonderful stay. They know the meaning of customer care. Wow.
