We had a wonderful experience with this hotel. If I had to complain about anything there would be two small things. There were spill stains on the walls of our room near the door and in the bathroom.[More]
They were not real noticeable, but you could see them. We did not have housekeeping clean our room or anything like that while we were there. However, one morning when I wanted to exchange towels the house keeping person could not understand English at all. That was frustrating. She had me put my towels with other dirty towels but did not want to give me new ones. She kept saying "5 minutes." I did not have five minutes, we were on our way out. I finally walked away from her with no towels. She made a noise for me to come back and gave me towels. Other than that, it was a great experience, I would definitely stay again and definitely recommend it to others. [Less]
I loved the hotel, the staff, this only issue was I utilized a cab from the Airport to the property the cost was 46.00 upon check out the staff offered to contact a cab for me back to the airport.[More]
The staff called a car service and when I asked about the cost they said it would be the same as the Cab ride. Upon arriving at the airport the cast was 75.00 a big difference...I will never ask the staff to make arrangements for me in the future. [Less]
