Balayı için gittik kirli oda verildi. Nevresimler, duvarlar oldukça kirliydi. Yıldız Hanım odamızı değiştirdi kendisine teşekkür ediyoruz ilgisi için. Akşam 9:30 gibi restaurantta gittik kapandığı söylendi halbuki yardımcı olunabilirdi. Genel olarak çalışanların ilgisizliği ve otelin bakımsızlığından dolayı pek memnun kalmadık.

Everything was excellent, upon our arrival Charlie at the reception made us feel at ease after traveling by car 3.5 hrs, he is by far an excellent receptionist, greeted us with a smile and carefully explained everything in detail about the resort, as we waited for our room he sat us down in the terrace with an awesome view while he had coffee provided by resort.
Maintenance for the resort needs to be kept/looked at carefully including bathroom.

Stayed here for a weeks holiday, good points are
Pool area and beach area very nice
Staff very nice and helpful especially the cleaner on our floor , main building room 8002.
Taxis into bodrum always readily available
Breakfast, great selection of fresh fruit vegetables and cooked stuff
Bad points
Not many really but TV didn’t work which was not big thing, just would of been nice to watch a bit of news now and again
Rooms were a little tired
Balcony was tiny only large enough for 1 person to sit on.

I don't like to write bad reviews but I feel other incoming guests deserve a heads up. To be fair I will comment on the good points. The staff is friendly and helpful, the breakfast
is very nice and the public areas are well cared for attractive. From there our stay went downhill. The room with the view which was located after 3 elevators, a lift and scary stairs with no rails. The room with a view was viewless and had plumbing problems.
The second room was simply not compatible for someone expecting knee replacement.
The third room which was the less of the evils was for the handicapped. The room was
quite small but not a problem for us, it was adequate although certainly not for someone with a walker or wheelchair. The bathroom was of adequate size for handicap but the grab bars for the toilet had obviously come off the wall and not properly reinstalled, an accident waiting to happen. The shower had mold and you had to shower quickly as the water was trying to escape and flood the bedroom area. The towels were more wet than damp, our third requested still yielded soggy towels. I took them to the desk where it was explained or what I understood was they had been washed but not thoroughly dried.
I didn't bother to comment, don't you think it would be a good idea to dry them before putting them back in the room. The overall experience was not good and we decided to leave and return to Istanbul where we could enjoy our accommodations. I have stayed at many Holiday Inns and Holiday Expresses over my 81 years and they were clean, nice. Boden needs to raise the bar and take lessons from well run Holiday Inns.

What a hidden gem this hotel with spectacular views every part you go in hotel .
The rooms are beautiful and they have tea and coffee making facilities and waters are put in the fridge every day of your stay.
The private Beach is beautiful and the deck is great for going swimming.
There is nice music on every day there.
Towels are given every day at the beach which is great.
Breakfast was beautiful and they have fresh orange juice and very nice coffees
The beach bar is lovely and they also have a coffee bar .
They have table tennis and pool which is great for families .
Also there is a shop on site if you needed to buy any toiletries.
The rooms are really nice and cost and the beds are so comfortable.
The atmosphere is very calm and even at breakfast the views are amazing and staff are so friendly .
Also they have irons in the rooms and a laundry service if needed .
I will definitely come back next year

This is one of the best Holiday Inn. Beautiful resort located on one of the most beautiful beaches. Affordable rates. Wonderful breakfast with traditional Turkish bread oven. Excellent service during my stay from Ceyda, Mehmet and Cagri Yazici. I enjoyed the beach very much and the views.
Perfect stay in Bodrum

Hotel was perfect for our short stay in Bodrum. Close to all the main attractions and amazing view of the marina and the city. The personnel at the reception is very responsive and helpful. We were provided with early checkin and room upgrade. The food was good and the beach area is clean and well maintained. We will definitely consider the hotel for any next stay in Bodrum

We stayed there for three nights, Service was good, Although some deficiencies in rooms, For the price we pay there is nothing to complain About.

I stayed there for 3 nights with a purpose of attending friends wedding and the stay turned out to be soul-salvation. Deeply appreciate warm greeting and kind support from receptionists and big kudos to ushers who helped me get trusted taxis, which were much needed during my stay. I enjoyed the room so much - the space, the view, the comfy bed and loved the variety of TV channels. The breakfast buffet was divine, with abundant options and I really admire the baker who helped get the freshly baked pastries. Beautiful stay, beautiful memories, thank you so much team!

Hotel is completely unprepared to deal with guests due to understaffing and overall disorganization. Only give any positives for the overworked staff that still managed to do anything at all. Hotel needs to add a city shuttle service, power failures occurred during our stay, the place is pretty dirty, and there’s really no notable positives beyond the natural surroundings that are ruined by tacky music blasting all over all the place.
