Traveling to Texas

I was happy that this hotel was available directly off the interstate on our way to Texas. It provided a place to keep food cold during our transit and a place to refreeze ice packs.

This hotel did no uphold the high quality and attention to detail I've come to expect from a Candlewood. It was obvious that very little effort is put into keeping this hotel clean and nice.
Issues I noticed:
The glass in the window was cracked.
The screen was bent like it was attempted (badly) to be removed and reinstalled.
There was a very significant amount of long, red hair on the dispensers in the shower.
The dispensers were gunked up on the spouts.
The drain plug was laying in the middle of the tub.

It’s not a five star hotel, but it’s nice, it’s clean, the staff is friendly. I have stayed at other Candlewood hotels that were not nearly as nice, including another one in Oklahoma City, just a few miles away from this hotel. I realize it’s newer, but it seems like the staff takes pride in their hotel. When I pointed out that a fog had thrown up on the carpet outside my room, it was taken care of quickly.

The rooms were dirty, mold behind the couch. The air conditioner did not work. It was extremely hot in the room. Will Never step foot in that hotel again.

My stay was pleasant and enjoyable. Candlewood Suites was a very nice home away from home. The staff were all so very friendly and helpful with any problems I may have had. The beds, pillows and linen were so very comfortable and fresh smelling (not "bleachy"). The kitchen was not well equipped with dishes and the room did let in a lot of noise from banging doors and running/hard walking feet. I would like for it to have been quieter. Overall my stay was enjoyable and I will stay there again.
Great stay! We will return.

Loved everything about the stay. We enjoyed the games and movies that were offered and we know our kids will enjoy it when we return.

VERY DIRTY, MOLD BEHIDE THE COUCH... ROOM WAS 83 DEGREES AND AIR CONDITIONER IN BEDROOM BROKE. MY FRIENDS ROOM. HOLE IN WHERE AIR CONDITIONER SHOULD HAVE BEEN... VERY DIRTY... DISGUSTING
