As a victim of Hurricane Helene I needed a place to go to as I had developed a medical issue from being in my home. I could not go back until my doctor cleared me, and the insurance adjuster cleared my home. It was interesting to stay in a hotel in my hometown of Asheville...now I know I can recommend this one to friends or family when they come to see me!

Very kind staff that helped me late night during a fema mixup. They were able to accommodate me last minute.
Comfortable bed but need daily or every other day room cleaning

My over all stay was about a 10 but the take away is cleaning room and giving me enough towels was bothering to me to keep asking every day or two. Because nobody in housekeeping is bringing me any but only once a week. So this takes away about 2-3 points. So overall it’s a 7.5 to 8

Excellent overall experience given the devastating aftermath of Helene. No wifi or TV was working, but really cares. Cell service was up and running

I loved this hotel but some of the other guests were very noisy and I had a difficult time sleeping because of this.

The location is good cause it’s close to downtown. Unfortunately that’s the only thing I can mentioned. It was unfortunate during the stay we got bit with hurricane Helene and lost power and water. However, the hotel staff were not too accommodating. Understand the situation was dire but can show a bit more empathy.

The Staff was friendly and professional. The extra effort to confirm status of the EV chargers was very helpful. The parking lots had ample space for guest parking. There were multiple entry points to get into the hotel. The security provided by key activated floor assess may the us feel secure.

Friendly people very clean I would be back. There was a bit of a problem with some homeless people in the area that made me a bit uncomfortable. Other than that Asheville is a very great place. I will love living here. We plan to move here in about a year.

Having an EV charger at a hotel is awesome. The ROOF TOP bar was wonderful. It would be good if they served snacks too!

The room was clean and well organized. The staff was helpful. The bar was awesome and had a great selection to choose from.
